Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in RCC or R.B work (payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of RCC or R.B works).

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying in positon cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate) including the cost of centering, shuttering/formwork. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles 60cm x 60cm size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (Make RAK/Kajaria/Johnson)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.

Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish (Make JK/Birla)

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass for thickness of glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class teak wood incliuding applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing aluminium handles lSI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour andshade with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts lSI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 100x10 mm

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Aluminum die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer, best make of approved quality embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete. Twin Rubber Stopper.
