REPAIR/RENOVATION OF 02 Nos. APFC PANELS:- Dismantling of defective component of APFC panels such as capacitors, relays, lights, contactors including dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection etc. as required at site.

Supply of Super Heavy duty Round type capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC, complete with terminal cover and discharge device. Make– Standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multi-strand copper wires/Al. bus bars using necessary mountings and hardware, etc. as required at site.

Supply of triple pole capacitor duty contactors to replace defective contactors in APFC panel, suitable for 25 KVAr capacitors. Make - L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of triple pole MCB up to 63 A to replace defective MCB in the capacitor panel. Make - L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of triple pole MCB up to 32A to replace defective MCB in the capacitor panel. Make - L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters for sensing power factor and giving phased impulses to contactor coils for switching ON-OFF required no. of capacitors on receiving signals from Control CT in the main line. Make - Standard

Supply of LED indication light of various colours to replace defective lights in various stages of capacitor panel. Make - FTC/Standard

Supply of push button sets to replace defective push buttons in APFC panel. Make - FTC/Standard

Servicing of panels including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contact point with CTC solution, decarbonizing of various joints, tightening of all nut bolts, sleeving of live parts alignment of doors to prevent ingress of moisture and vermin’s and touching of rusted parts of the panels etc. as required at site.

Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete withearthing of the capacitor banks, touching the rusted parts of the structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site.

Testing & commissioning of APFC panels bank as per required parameters including following: i. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, phase to neutral and phase to earth. ii. Programming of APFC relays for target power factor iii. All function tests iv. Monitoring of power factor

REPAIRING/RENOVATION OF FIXED CAPACITOR BANKS OF MOTORS:-Dismantling of old damaged capacitor banks including dismantling of termination, hardware etc. as required at site.

Supply of Square Heavy Duty type capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device. Make - Standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multi-strand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site.

Supply of 250 A TP MCCB for replacement of defective MCCB. Make - L&T/Schneider /Havells

Supply of LED indication light of various colours to replace defective lights in various stages of capacitor panel. Make : FTC/Standard

Installation of capacitor banks including termination with existing cables, gland and lugs earthing of capacitor banks as required at site.

Testing &Commissioning of fixed capacitor banks including insulation test on capacitors and cables etc. as required at site.

REPAIR OF STATIC CAPACITORS OF TRANSFORMER:-Checking of capacitors and dismantling of defective capacitors from static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware, as required at site.

Supply of Super Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement of defective capacitors of static capacitor banks. Make - Standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multi-strand copper wires/Al. bus bars using necessary mountings and hardware, etc. as required at site.

Installation & connection of capacitors as described above using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multi-strand copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site.
