Replacement of iron sheet rooftop Govt.Sen.Sec.School Dharwas

Dismantling of prepainted GI sheet roofing including ridges hips and gutters complete and stacking within 50 metrs lead of area 3.00 Per Square meters and below complete as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawings,design, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet and approve make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 micron primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridge or hips 60cm (zero point sixty millimetre)overall with 60 mm (sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 micron primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 4 mm ( Four milimetre ) thick waterproof commercial ply board in shelves/box for cup board box with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws complete. as per HPPWD specifications,approved Drawings,design to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post plates, wall plates and the fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood complete as per HPPWD specifications, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Random rubble masonry with hard stones of approved quality in sub structure in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to Six sand) for structure like retaining walls, breast walls, wing walls, toe walls, abutment and similar works etcetera, in all heights/depths in or under water including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) / dewatering, removal of slushies, which may arise at the time of masonry work under water complete including curing complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702, 704,1202 and 1204 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.
