Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres (DSR 16.1/2021) including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC by mix in place method and carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with appropriate machinery as per the site conditions in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitument VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the MoRTH specification Clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. including supply of all labour material T&P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of EIC; Excluding cost of GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30 mtr. including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation, trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. M.S. or Iron work in heavy size such as trusses, built up gates, M.S. grills & Stair case railling etc. including welding where necessary and fixing required for proper completion of the work. Providing & laying coloured and textured imprinted cast in place concrete flooring, applying finishing the top surface, in accordance with sprinkling of colour hardener at the rate of 2.7 kg./sq.mt. Floating the surface application of release agent, stamping the concrete with stamping tools, cleaning the surface with water jet and application of acrylic based sealer (Bomanite or equivalant) for finishing complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side.
