REPAIRS TO JOINERY, FLOORING, WALL TILE PLUMBING SANITARY FITTING AT OFFRS MD ACCN AT HANUMAN TEMPLE, ARO SECUNDERABAD, 125 TA (THE GUARDS) UNDER GE (SOUTH) SECUNDERABAD

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding, removing rubbish off the premises Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in levelling course, sub-floors and paving etc Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 04 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of size 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match designed incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including Rounding, grinding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by GE)
