CIVIL-STRUCTURAL WORKS

Earth Work in Site grading (refer specification no. C-SPC-004)

Earthwork in excavation and filling in all types of soil for general site grading for all heights and depths including clearing and stripping etc. in excavation areas, removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetable growth and other objectionable materials, trees upto and inclusive of a girth of 30 cms. (girth measured at a height of one metre above ground level) including uprooting of roots, etc., dewatering, if necessary, sorting out the excavated soil into serviceable and unserviceable materials in excavation areas and including filling in filling areas with serviceable material for general site grading and roads for all heights and depths to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber including clearing and stripping in filling areas as per specifications, consolidating exposed natural soil to 90% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VII, cutting of trees of girth upto and inclusive of 30 cms, removal of vegetation, breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cms loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power road rollers to give at least 90% of max. laboratory dry density, dressing, leveling, testing, etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials/surplus earth if any, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including stacking and/or dumping and dressing the same in demarcated areas etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC Road

Supplying and laying of stone aggregate of 63mm down to 45mm size for WBM layer Base Course, tough, sound, clean and durable including cost of stone aggregate, all royalties, taxes, handling, transportation to site, unloading the same by the side of road with all leads and lifts, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in one layer of 75mm compacted thickness to proper grade, camber and level, filling voids with screenings and binding material of plasticity index up to 6%, including cost of supply of screening and binding material, consolidating with power driven road roller, watering, with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in pavements etc, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, laying of 0.125 mm polyethylene sheet above WBM layer, filling the gaps between the panels with bitumen sand mix filler material etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Road & Flexible Pavement with bituminous Carpet Providing and laying 25mm thick bitumen carpet including heating bitumen, mixing stone chips, grit, laying to proper grade and camper including preparation of surface, filling pot holes with premix chips, rolling premix carpet with 8 to 10 ton road roller, providing and rolling seal coat for low rainfall areas to (under 150 cm/year) proper grade and camber spreading sand over finished surfaces including brushing and clearing WBM surfaces, spraying tack coat of bitumen, etc. complete including providing and running road roller etc. all as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge.

Earth Work in Excavation (refer specification no. C-SPC-103)

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kinds of works in ALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARD ROCK as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, but excluding shoring and strutting.

For depth beyond 1.5m and upto & inclusive of 3.0m.

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kinds of works in SOFT ROCK as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, but excluding shoring and strutting.

For depth beyond 1.5m and upto & inclusive of 3.0m.

Providing and installing approved type of "SHORING AND STRUTTING" by open timbering method for all depths to retain earth including dismantling and removal of the same etc. from site after completion of work etc. all complete as directed.

Providing and installing approved type of "SHORING AND STRUTTING" by close timbering method for all depths to retain earth including dismantling and removal of the same etc. from site after completion of work etc. all complete as directed.

EARTHWORK IN FILLING by excavating the earth from BORROW AREAS arranged by CONTRACTOR for all leads, transporting the earth from borrow area including cleaning & stripping the earth at borrow areas, breaking clods, loading, unloading and laying at all depths and heights in layers of thickness not exceeding 15 cms., watering, rolling and ramming by manual methods/mechanical compactors to achieve 90% of the maximum laboratory dry density, dressing, trimming, levelling the top surface etc. in foundations, plinths, trenches etc. all complete.

Transporting and disposing the SURPLUS EARTH AND DEBRIS including shrubs and vegetations from construction area to areas ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE PLANT BOUNDARY including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids) DISPOSAL AREA S OUTSIDE PLANT BOUNDARY TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR .Royalty as applicable for disposal outside plant limits to be borne by the contractor.

PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (refer specification no. C-SPC-104)

Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations,drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:5:10 by mass (1 Cement: 5 Coarse Sand: 10 Crushed Stone Aggregates/Gravels) with 40mm and down size graded crushed stone aggaregates/Gravels.(ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST)

Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations,drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete grade M20 with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/Gravels. (ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST).

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE OF M-30 GRADE with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/gravel in SUB-STRUCTURE of all types e.g. foundations, footings, raft, beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counterforts, buttresses, trenches, manholes,pipe encasement, catchpits, drains, RCC pits, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, suspended floors, beams, staircases, landings, steps, brackets etc. (including single pour concreting upto 250m3), including cost of admixtures if used,providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering etc., wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. all complete (excluding the Cost of Reinforcement and Shuttering) for all depths below and upto plinth level in any shape, position and thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. (ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST)

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE OF M-30 GRADE with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/gravel in SUPER STRUCTURE in suspended floors, slabs, beams, columns, walls including counterforts, staircases, landings, steps, facias, fins, mouldings, gutters, shelves, windowsills, canopies, lintels, girders, ducts, brackets, chajjas with drip moulds, pedestals, posts, struts, equipment/machine foundations, ramps etc. (including single pour concreting upto 250m3) including cost of admixtures if used providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. all complete (excluding the Cost of Reinforcement and Shuttering) for all heights above plinth level in any shape, position, thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. (ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST)

CENTERING AND SHUTTERING (refer specification no. C-SPC-104) Providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in foundations, footings, raft beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, non-circular tunnels/bunkers/silos/ shafts/ hoppers/liquid storage structures etc. including shuttering for single pour concreting, strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. for Straight/ Inclined Shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed.

i) For all depths below and upto & inclusive of plinth level.

ii) For all heights above plinth level.

HYD Bars/MS Bars (refer specification no. C-SPC-102)

Supplying and placing in position HIGH YIELD STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT of grade Fe500 (D) (TMT) (conforming to IS:1786, for R.C.C. work including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details ,binding with contractor's own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all heights and depths etc. all complete as directed.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).

Painting (refer specification no. C-SPC-157)

Supplying and applying FIELD FINISH PAINT of approved quality and shade including a coat of primer as per TABLE 29 of IS800 (LATEST EDITION), over one coat of shop primer already applied including storage, surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, touching up of shop primer coat, providing temporary staging, scaffolding, testing etc., for steel structures at all levels and locations, all complete as specified, considering enviromental classification as Severe. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTORS SCOPE (Unit rate based on Structural Steel Weight)

AAC Blocks

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 230 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

DAMP PROOF COURSE- (DPC)

Providing and laying 40mm thick DAMP PROOF COURSE with plain cement concrete of nominal mix of 1:1.5:3 with 10mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates in two layers of 20mm thick with two coats of hot bitumen (Grade A90/S90 conforming to IS:73) applied @ 1.7 Kg/sq.m. over each layer as per specifications including cleaning, watering the top surface of walls, centering, shuttering, placing, tamping, curing, sprinkling an even layer of dry & sharp sand over the hot bitumen etc. all complete as specified and directed.

SAND FILLING

Supplying and filling approved SAND of specified quality under floors, in foundations, plinths, tank foundations etc. for all depths and heights including cost of sand,royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts,including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150 mm,watering,ramming,compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to the specified levels to achive 85% relative density as per IS:2720 Part XIV,including preparation of subgrade to the required slope,providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour,material,equipments etc. all complete .

PAINTING OF WALLS (refer specification no. C-SPC-157)

External walls:- Providing & applying 3 coats of waterproof decorative cement paint of approved make and approved shade, cleaning, including preparation of surfaces,base primer, curing etc. all complete

Internal walls:- Providing & applying 3 coats of waterproof decorative cement paint of approved make and approved shade, cleaning, including preparation of surfaces,base primer, curing etc. all complete

Providing and injecting approved chemical emulsions as specified for pre-constructional ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT and creating a chemical barrier under and around column pits, wall trenches, basement excavations, top surfaces of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrrounding of pipes and conduits etc. all complete as specified and directed. (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured)

Providing and applying polyether based polyurethane (PU) waterproof coating consisting of 2 components (resin + hardener) in four coats consisting of a primer adhesion coat and three sealing coats applied by brush evenly to perfect level @ min.160 gm/sq.M per coat over R.C.C. slab including sprinkling the last coat of P.U. with a layer of clean sand (300 micron) and laying min. 50mm thk. PCC (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 aggregate) over the fully cured coating in panels of max. 1.2M x 1.2M with 24 SWG chicken wire mesh finished smooth and sealing joints between panels with Polysulphide sealant as per approved manufacturers spec. and including preparing the base surface (levelling, cleaning, filling up cracks with thin paste of Polyurethane filling compound) providing fillets of 75mm radius with PCC (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 aggregate) at junctions of horizontal and vertical surfaces, continuing the water proofing on vertical face to a minimum ht. of 150mm over finished roof surface, terminating it in continuous groove of 10mm x 20mm and filling with polyurethane sealent putty, continuing the treatment into rain water outlets by , providing 450mm x 450mm khuras at all outlets, levelled down by min. 25mm, finishing all complete.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementitious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementitious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementitious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plumbing and building drainage

Supplying and laying above ground mild steel galvanised pipes conforming to IS:1239 (heavy grade) and fittings conforming to IS:1239 (GALVANISED) and as per piping materials specification Class including supply of teflon tapes, white lead, etc. cutting the pipes to required lengths, making threads, including laying of pipes on sleeper, walls, including erecting piping on columns, etc. for pump station, overhead tanks, etc. including joining the pipes and fittings with threaded connections, hydrostatic testing of the piping including supply of necessary fittings etc & pipe supports. complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in- Charge. SEPTIC TANK Construction, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of septic tank as per standards and IS:2470 Part-I , with all necessary accessories like inlet, outlet vent pipes, manhole covers, rungs etc. including earthwork in excavation in all type of soil except soft and hard rock, backfilling and disposal of surplus earth for all leads etc. complete as per standards, drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. All material including cement supplied by contractor ( Users -10 NOS )

SOAK PIT Construction of soak pit conforming to IS:2470 Part-I and as per Standard, masonry, filling and hand packing brick bats of size ranging between 40mm to 50, connecting with septic tank with necessary fittings, piping etc.including excavation, back filling and disposal of surplus earth for all leads, complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. for following users ( Users -10 NOS )

MANHOLE Construction as per standard drawing of brick masonry (brick class shall be as mentioned below) inspection chambers/manholes of 750mmx750mm internal size 1000mm deep(Max.) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) with CI frame and cover 500mm clear dia, (circular Medium duty of grade MD-10) conforming to IS:1726 fixed on RCC slab of M-30 grade, necessary excavation, supplying, fixing 4 Nos. 16mm dia M.S. rungs, M-20 grade foundation concrete 1:3 cement mortar(1 cement: 3 sand) plastering of 13mm average thickness for inside & 16mm avg. thickness for outside exposed surfaces, backfilling, disposal of surplus earth upto a lead of 100M, benching with M-20 grade cement concrete and rendering smooth with a neat coat of cement slurry, painting the C.I. frame and cover with two coats of chlorinated rubber zinc phosphate primer @ 40µ DFT per coat and finish painting consists of two coats of chlorinated rubber paint @40µ DFT per coat etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

FLOOR FINISHIES

ACID RESISTANT Providing and laying acid resistant, vitrified tiles of approved size as per manufacturer's specs. in floor/ skirting/ Dado laid over and including bitumen priming layer, 12mm thick Bitumen mastic layer and 6mm thick resin type chemical resistant mortar conforming to IS: 4443 including raking out and flush pointing of joints with resin type chemical resistant mortar, preparation of back ground surface, finishing etc. all complete.

VITRIFIED TILES Providing and laying Vitrified tile flooring of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make (Marbonate or approved equivalent) set in cement slurry over 1:4 cement mortar bed of 35mm average thickness at all levels. Joints between tiling to be filled with grout of approved shade as per manufacturers specifications. Rate to include cost for laying tiles to approved pattern, design as directed by Architect, including surface cleaning, cement mortar, curing, acid wash, etc., and protecting the flooring with polythene sheet and pop overlay till hand over.

Skirting Providing and laying 10mm average thick vitrified tile skirting with 10 to 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3)

NON SLIP VITRIFIED TILE DADOING Providing and fixing of Vitrified tile dado in toilets using 250mm x 400mm size cemamic tile of Kajaria make or approved equivalent set in CM 1:4 with 10mm thick cement backing as per pattern indicated in the drawing. Quoted rate to include the cost of making cut-outs for Poweral outlet and cost of filling the joints in dado with approved grout tinted to match the dado, curing.

Ceramic, matt-finished,non slip type tiles of approved make & shade including cleaning the finished surface with oxalic acid, wax polishing 300mm x 300mm x 8mm (+5%) thick tiles.

STEEL& ALUMINIUM DOORS & WINDOWS WORK

Providing and fixing 2 hours fire rated, double shutter steel doors consisting of steel door frame, shutter, vision panel, insulation and hardware such as hinges hinges, panic bar, locks/ trims for panic bar, door closer, door stopper, concealed flush bolt including fixing with masonry, partition etc. all complete as per specification and approved Manufacturer's details.

Aluminium glazed window/ventilator with approved make sections, friction hinges, cast aluminium handle, etc. all complete.With plain anodized aluminium sections and 5mm thk. toughened glass as per IS:5437, Openable type.

Supplying and fixing M.S. rolling shutters, conforming to IS : 6248 including providing all accessories like shutter (constructed with inter locking lath sections formed out of cold rolled steel strips 0.9mm thick,80mm wide and 1.25mm thick, 80mm wide respectively for shutter width upto 3.5M and above 3.5M), jointless M.S. channel section for guide (min. 3.15mm thick), M.S. girders, pressed bottom rails, shutter suspension stud shaft with pully and cage, top rolling springs, locking arrangement etc. as per approved manufacturers drawings including painting with two coats approved make & shade and synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved quality red oxide zinc chromate primer, making good of all damaged surfaces etc. all complete.

SANITARY WORKS

Cost of providing and fixing cera / hindware wall mounted EWC with power flush with seat cover etc, (Ivory colour) set in 1:2:4 concrete and doing necessary angles, connections.etc.,

Cost of providing and fixing wash basin of cera/hindware make (Ivory colour) fixed to existing wall using necessary angles, connections, including all SS accessories like waste coupling, bottle trap, inlet connection tube etc., complete.

HEALTH FAUCET Cost of providing and fixing Health faucet CP Jaquar are approved equivalent.

MIRROR Supplying and fixing mirror for wash basin of standard make as per standard specifications

Pillar Cock Cost of providing and fixing pillar cock long neck with aerator. Jaguar or approved equivalent fixed with necessary accessories.

Supply and installation of combined stainless steel safety shower and eyewash units including providing and fixing of necessary foundation bolts in foundations/ pavement etc. complete. Each safety shower shall have proper sign board with florescent letters showing their location, all complete as per and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

INTERNAL PLUMBING WORKS Internal Plumbing work P/f 1/2"consisting of CPVC or equivalent pipe and 20mm, 32mm, 50mm & 75mm dia. PVC Pipe outlet (prince or equivalent ) including G.I. & PVC assorted fittings, such as elbow,tees ,bends,& unions including applying creosote and wrapping with hessin cloth, including chasing the walls for concealing the pipe lines and making good the same. This includes providing & fixing 3/4" dia "C" class G.I. Pipe for inlet & outlet of Water Tank connection.

EXTERNAL PLUMBING WORKS Providing & fixing of external plumbing consisting of CPVC or equivalent pipes varying from dia 3" to 6" with all fittings like bend, tees, gate valves, NRV's, y's etc which Nani traps,special pieces and accessories for laying joiniting including testing & commissioning of all Pantry/toilets.

Supply, transportation and erection of 500 liters SINTEX / Equivalent water tanks.

PAVER BLOCKS PAVING Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

60mm thick Cement Concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

BARBED WIRE FENCING

Supplying, fixing and tensioning in position 2.5mm(12gauge), 2 ply, 4 points, GI Barbed wire designation A-1 conforming to IS:278 in horizontal rows and cross diagonals for compound wall "Y" shaped overhang etc. with necessary GI staples, clips and pins, GI straining bolts and binding wire with all labour and materials etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(The barbed wire shall be measured in linear length of the barbed wire actually fixed).

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position structural steel line posts, straining posts, struts for 'Y' shaped overhang etc. of grade E250 BR/B0conforming to IS:2062 over brick/stone Masonry/ RCC compound walls/ columns, cutting to required size as per drawings and specifications, welding where necessary, embedding in position, holding to correct level and line, any auxiliary structure for dummy supports, drilling holes and painting as per TABLE 29 of IS800 (Latest edition), cutting brick/rubble/concrete surfaces if necessary, grouting with M20 grade concrete including cost of grout with all labour and material etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.( All materials including cement shall be supplied by contractor)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick)of high tensile strength of165kg/sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shaped angle iron placed 2m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. (Reinforced Barbed Tape)wire, stud tied with G.I.staple sand G.I.clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts , all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Providing and fixing in position Steel Entrance Gate & emergency exit Gate consisting of MC- 75 framework for shutters, 20mm square M.S. vertical bars welded to the framework @100mm c/c, 3mm thick M.S. sheet boxing, locking arrangement, 25mm thick, 75mm dia M.S. wheel with ball bearing including fixing the gate to RCC/ masonry by M.S. hinge arrangement (75mm x 75mm x 6mm M.S. angles, bolt, washers) and M.S. hold fast grouted with M-15 grade concrete, providing and fixing M.S. pivot, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm M.S. Demolishing PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE work (taking all necessary safety precautions) for all depths below plinth level including supply of all tools & tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning etc. disposal of unserviceable material to spoil heaps anywhere within the plant boundary, all complete as specified and directed. (Excavation and backfilling shall be paid separately under relevant items)

Demolishing RCC WORK (taking all necessary safety precautions) for all depths & heights including supply of all tools & tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning etc., cutting, straightening, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement bars, stacking of serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable material to spoil heaps anywhere within the plant boundary, all complete as specified and directed. (Excavation & backfilling shall be paid separately under relevant items).

Dismantling bolted/rivetted/welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK of all descriptions (taking all necessary safety precautions), including supply of all tools and tackles, consumables, necessary scaffolding etc., providing temporary bracings as required, cutting (by flame or saw) gusset plates, bolts, nuts, weldings etc., transporting and stacking of the serviceable materials, cleaning the site of work of all unserviceable materials for disposal to spoil heaps anywhere within the plant boundary, all complete at all depths and heights, as specified and directed.

Borewell Supply, laying, drilling and commissioning of G.I Bore well of 150mm Diameter and upto 100m depth including submersible pump with all accessories, panel, wiring and all other works required to make it operational all complete in all respects as per scope of work and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire, charges, supply of all materials including pipes, water meter, valves, boring, priming, cabling, pumps, clearing, earthwork, etc. with all bye works and sundry works and consumables.

RCC Pipe Culvert Supplying and laying in position RCC pipes with collars conforming to IS:458 for pipe culverts, cable crossings etc. including cutting the pipe if necessary, lowering, laying in position to proper levels, slopes etc. caulking the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and finishing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. For Internal PIPE DIA of 150mm.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position at all levels and locations bolted, screwed and/or welded M.S. CHEQUERED PLATES of any thickness in walkways, platforms, stair treads, any other place as directed etc. including cutting to required size, shape, making holes, notches, openings of required size, nosing, straightening if required, making the edges smooth, removing the burrs, fixing, welding, preparation and submission of fabrication drawings and preparing the surfaces for painting and applying shop primer as per Specification / BIS Codes after fabrication etc. all complete as specified and directed. Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. Earth Work in Site grading (refer specification no. C-SPC-004)

Earthwork in excavation and filling in all types of soil for general site grading for all heights and depths including clearing and stripping etc. in excavation areas, removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetable growth and other objectionable materials, trees upto and inclusive of a girth of 30 cms. (girth measured at a height of one metre above ground level) including uprooting of roots, etc., dewatering, if necessary, sorting out the excavated soil into serviceable and unserviceable materials in excavation areas and including filling in filling areas with serviceable material for general site grading and roads for all heights and depths to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber including clearing and stripping in filling areas as per specifications, consolidating exposed natural soil to 90% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VII, cutting of trees of girth upto and inclusive of 30 cms, removal of vegetation, breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cms loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power road rollers to give at least 90% of max. laboratory dry density, dressing, leveling, testing, etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials/surplus earth if any, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including stacking and/or dumping and dressing the same in demarcated areas etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC Road

Supplying and laying of stone aggregate of 63mm down to 45mm size for WBM layer Base Course, tough, sound, clean and durable including cost of stone aggregate, all royalties, taxes, handling, transportation to site, unloading the same by the side of road with all leads and lifts, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in one layer of 75mm compacted thickness to proper grade, camber and level, filling voids with screenings and binding material of plasticity index up to 6%, including cost of supply of screening and binding material, consolidating with power driven road roller, watering, with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in pavements etc, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, laying of 0.125 mm polyethylene sheet above WBM layer, filling the gaps between the panels with bitumen sand mix filler material etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Road & Flexible Pavement with bituminous Carpet Providing and laying 25mm thick bitumen carpet including heating bitumen, mixing stone chips, grit, laying to proper grade and camper including preparation of surface, filling pot holes with premix chips, rolling premix carpet with 8 to 10 ton road roller, providing and rolling seal coat for low rainfall areas to (under 150 cm/year) proper grade and camber spreading sand over finished surfaces including brushing and clearing WBM surfaces, spraying tack coat of bitumen, etc. complete including providing and running road roller etc. all as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge.

Earth Work in Excavation (refer specification no. C-SPC-103)

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kinds of works in ALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARD ROCK as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, but excluding shoring and strutting.

For depth beyond 1.5m and upto & inclusive of 3.0m.

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kinds of works in SOFT ROCK as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, but excluding shoring and strutting.

Providing and installing approved type of "SHORING AND STRUTTING" by open timbering method for all depths to retain earth including dismantling and removal of the same etc. from site after completion of work etc. all complete as directed.

Providing and installing approved type of "SHORING AND STRUTTING" by close timbering method for all depths to retain earth including dismantling and removal of the same etc. from site after completion of work etc. all complete as directed.

EARTHWORK IN FILLING by excavating the earth from BORROW AREAS arranged by CONTRACTOR for all leads, transporting the earth from borrow area including cleaning & stripping the earth at borrow areas, breaking clods, loading, unloading and laying at all depths and heights in layers of thickness not exceeding 15 cms., watering, rolling and ramming by manual methods/mechanical compactors to achieve 90% of the maximum laboratory dry density, dressing, trimming, levelling the top surface etc. in foundations, plinths, trenches etc. all complete.

Transporting and disposing the SURPLUS EARTH AND DEBRIS including shrubs and vegetations from construction area to areas ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE PLANT BOUNDARY including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids) DISPOSAL AREA S OUTSIDE PLANT BOUNDARY TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR .Royalty as applicable for disposal outside plant limits to be borne by the contractor.

PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (refer specification no. C-SPC-104)

Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations,drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:5:10 by mass (1 Cement: 5 Coarse Sand: 10 Crushed Stone Aggregates/Gravels) with 40mm and down size graded crushed stone aggaregates/Gravels.(ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST)

Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations,drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete grade M20 with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/Gravels. C-SPC-104) Providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in foundations, footings, raft beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, non-circular tunnels/bunkers/silos/ shafts/ hoppers/liquid storage structures etc. including shuttering for single pour concreting, strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. for Straight/ Inclined Shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed.

HYD Bars/MS Bars (refer specification no. C-SPC-102)

Supplying and placing in position HIGH YIELD STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT of grade Fe500 (D) (TMT) (conforming to IS:1786, for R.C.C. work including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details ,binding with contractor's own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all heights and depths etc. all complete as directed.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).

Painting (refer specification no. C-SPC-157)

Supplying and applying FIELD FINISH PAINT of approved quality and shade including a coat of primer as per TABLE 29 of IS800 (LATEST EDITION), over one coat of shop primer already applied including storage, surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, touching up of shop primer coat, providing temporary staging, scaffolding, testing etc., for steel structures at all levels and locations, all complete as specified, considering enviromental classification as Severe. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTORS SCOPE (Unit rate based on Structural Steel Weight)

AAC Blocks

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 230 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

DAMP PROOF COURSE- (DPC)

Providing and laying 40mm thick DAMP PROOF COURSE with plain cement concrete of nominal mix of 1:1.5:3 with 10mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates in two layers of 20mm thick with two coats of hot bitumen (Grade A90/S90 conforming to IS:73) applied @ 1.7 Kg/sq.m. over each layer as per specifications including cleaning, watering the top surface of walls, centering, shuttering, placing, tamping, curing, sprinkling an even layer of dry & sharp sand over the hot bitumen etc. all complete as specified and directed.

SAND FILLING

Supplying and filling approved SAND of specified quality under floors, in foundations, plinths, tank foundations etc. for all depths and heights including cost of sand,royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts,including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150 mm,watering,ramming,compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to the specified levels to achive 85% relative density as per IS:2720 Part XIV,including preparation of subgrade to the required slope,providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour,material,equipments etc. all complete .

PAINTING OF WALLS (refer specification no. C-SPC-157)

External walls:- Providing & applying 3 coats of waterproof decorative cement paint of approved make and approved shade, cleaning, including preparation of surfaces,base primer, curing etc. all complete

Internal walls:- Providing & applying 3 coats of waterproof decorative cement paint of approved make and approved shade, cleaning, including preparation of surfaces,base primer, curing etc. all complete

Providing and injecting approved chemical emulsions as specified for pre-constructional ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT and creating a chemical barrier under and around column pits, wall trenches, basement excavations, top surfaces of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrrounding of pipes and conduits etc. all complete as specified and directed. (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured)

Providing and applying polyether based polyurethane (PU) waterproof coating consisting of 2 components (resin + hardener) in four coats consisting of a primer adhesion coat and three sealing coats applied by brush evenly to perfect level @ min.160 gm/sq.M per coat over R.C.C. slab including sprinkling the last coat of P.U. with a layer of clean sand (300 micron) and laying min. 50mm thk. PCC (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 aggregate) over the fully cured coating in panels of max. 1.2M x 1.2M with 24 SWG chicken wire mesh finished smooth and sealing joints between panels with Polysulphide sealant as per approved manufacturers spec. and including preparing the base surface (levelling, cleaning, filling up cracks with thin paste of Polyurethane filling compound) providing fillets of 75mm radius with PCC (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 aggregate) at junctions of horizontal and vertical surfaces, continuing the water proofing on vertical face to a minimum ht. of 150mm over finished roof surface, terminating it in continuous groove of 10mm x 20mm and filling with polyurethane sealent putty, continuing the treatment into rain water outlets by , providing 450mm x 450mm khuras at all outlets, levelled down by min. 25mm, finishing all complete.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementitious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementitious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementitious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plumbing and building drainage

Supplying and laying above ground mild steel galvanised pipes conforming to IS:1239 (heavy grade) and fittings conforming to IS:1239 (GALVANISED) and as per piping materials specification Class including supply of teflon tapes, white lead, etc. cutting the pipes to required lengths, making threads, including laying of pipes on sleeper, walls, including erecting piping on columns, etc. for pump station, overhead tanks, etc. including joining the pipes and fittings with threaded connections, hydrostatic testing of the piping including supply of necessary fittings etc & pipe supports. complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in- Charge. SEPTIC TANK Construction, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of septic tank as per standards and IS:2470 Part-I , with all necessary accessories like inlet, outlet vent pipes, manhole covers, rungs etc. including earthwork in excavation in all type of soil except soft and hard rock, backfilling and disposal of surplus earth for all leads etc. complete as per standards, drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. All material including cement supplied by contractor ( Users -10 NOS )

SOAK PIT Construction of soak pit conforming to IS:2470 Part-I and as per Standard, masonry, filling and hand packing brick bats of size ranging between 40mm to 50, connecting with septic tank with necessary fittings, piping etc.including excavation, back filling and disposal of surplus earth for all leads, complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. for following users ( Users -10 NOS )

MANHOLE Construction as per standard drawing of brick masonry (brick class shall be as mentioned below) inspection chambers/manholes of 750mmx750mm internal size 1000mm deep(Max.) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) with CI frame and cover 500mm clear dia, (circular Medium duty of grade MD-10) conforming to IS:1726 fixed on RCC slab of M-30 grade, necessary excavation, supplying, fixing 4 Nos. 16mm dia M.S. rungs, M-20 grade foundation concrete 1:3 cement mortar(1 cement: 3 sand) plastering of 13mm average thickness for inside & 16mm avg. thickness for outside exposed surfaces, backfilling, disposal of surplus earth upto a lead of 100M, benching with M-20 grade cement concrete and rendering smooth with a neat coat of cement slurry, painting the C.I. frame and cover with two coats of chlorinated rubber zinc phosphate primer @ 40µ DFT per coat and finish painting consists of two coats of chlorinated rubber paint @40µ DFT per coat etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

FLOOR FINISHIES

ACID RESISTANT Providing and laying acid resistant, vitrified tiles of approved size as per manufacturer's specs. in floor/ skirting/ Dado laid over and including bitumen priming layer, 12mm thick Bitumen mastic layer and 6mm thick resin type chemical resistant mortar conforming to IS: 4443 including raking out and flush pointing of joints with resin type chemical resistant mortar, preparation of back ground surface, finishing etc. all complete.

VITRIFIED TILES Providing and laying Vitrified tile flooring of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make (Marbonate or approved equivalent) set in cement slurry over 1:4 cement mortar bed of 35mm average thickness at all levels. Joints between tiling to be filled with grout of approved shade as per manufacturers specifications. Rate to include cost for laying tiles to approved pattern, design as directed by Architect, including surface cleaning, cement mortar, curing, acid wash, etc., and protecting the flooring with polythene sheet and pop overlay till hand over.

PAVER BLOCKS PAVING Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

BARBED WIRE FENCING

Supplying, fixing and tensioning in position 2.5mm(12gauge), 2 ply, 4 points, GI Barbed wire designation A-1 conforming to IS:278 in horizontal rows and cross diagonals for compound wall "Y" shaped overhang etc. with necessary GI staples, clips and pins, GI straining bolts and binding wire with all labour and materials etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(The barbed wire shall be measured in linear length of the barbed wire actually fixed).

(Excavation and backfilling shall be paid separately under relevant items)

Demolishing RCC WORK (taking all necessary safety precautions) for all depths & heights including supply of all tools & tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning etc., cutting, straightening, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement bars, stacking of serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable material to spoil heaps anywhere within the plant boundary, all complete as specified and directed. (Excavation & backfilling shall be paid separately under relevant items).

Dismantling bolted/rivetted/welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK of all descriptions (taking all necessary safety precautions), including supply of all tools and tackles, consumables, necessary scaffolding etc., providing temporary bracings as required, cutting (by flame or saw) gusset plates, bolts, nuts, weldings etc., transporting and stacking of the serviceable materials, cleaning the site of work of all unserviceable materials for disposal to spoil heaps anywhere within the plant boundary, all complete at all depths and heights, as specified and directed.

Borewell Supply, laying, drilling and commissioning of G.I Bore well of 150mm Diameter and upto 100m depth including submersible pump with all accessories, panel, wiring and all other works required to make it operational all complete in all respects as per scope of work and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire, charges, supply of all materials including pipes, water meter, valves, boring, priming, cabling, pumps, clearing, earthwork, etc. with all bye works and sundry works and consumables.

RCC Pipe Culvert Supplying and laying in position RCC pipes with collars conforming to IS:458 for pipe culverts, cable crossings etc. including cutting the pipe if necessary, lowering, laying in position to proper levels, slopes etc. caulking the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and finishing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. For Internal PIPE DIA of 150mm.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position at all levels and locations bolted, screwed and/or welded M.S. CHEQUERED PLATES of any thickness in walkways, platforms, stair treads, any other place as directed etc. including cutting to required size, shape, making holes, notches, openings of required size, nosing, straightening if required, making the edges smooth, removing the burrs, fixing, welding, preparation and submission of fabrication drawings and preparing the surfaces for painting and applying shop primer as per Specification / BIS Codes after fabrication etc. all complete as specified and directed. Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre.
