Providing and fixing modular partitions (Double Skin) of required height and 75 mm width and making cubical of required size consisting powder coated aluminium extruded sections having minimum 1.2mm wall thickness,(minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron) including corner post (Box Section) and necessary horizontal sections (distance between two members not more than 0.70) and vertical sections (distance between two members not more than 0.90). The partitions shall be sturdy with flush type on both side (the sections used for the full partition shall have provision for fixing particle board with PVC gasket and the sections used for the half partitions shall have provision for fixing particle board with PVC self-locking clips.
Providing and fixing of 9mm thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on the other side, Grade II, IS:12823 marked. Rate is inclusive of providing PVC clips for fixing to the aluminum sections and 0.50mm thick PVC beaing pasted on all the edges as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
