M&L for surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming embankments incl raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc, n exc 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing excavated soils not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne including filling (if required) in hollow and depressions, soft spots etc, which occur during rolling, watering as necessary and consolidating (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level, camber and gradient keeping roller wheels wet etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders (granite or trap or basalt stones) of size range 100mm to 50mm, deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) in two layers 75mm thick each layer wIth coarse aggregates granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepration of Unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premix Bituminous Macadam, with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary preparation of black top bituminous surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration, on mechanical hot mixed plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction upto removal of complete voids is achieved complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. exc 10cm wide on road surfaces, using hot applied thermoplastic white or golden yellow colour road marking paint, 2mm thick mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 degree at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt and other foreign materials, demarcation at site and control, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously untreated surfaces of concrete of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of red, green and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150X150X300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing cat eyes solar reflective type of Metal body alloy of size 100 mm X 100 mm X 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector cast aluminium fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions on bituminious road complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 80 mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of M-40 Grade concrete with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 30mm thick sand filling laid, levelled and consolidated to receive the interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, of broken boulders (granite or trap or basalt stones) deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C–2 (using 40 mm crushed graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass filling and including use of necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.
