Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and including removing of old APP membrane and plaster etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Padding (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) avarage thickness as specified to bring uniform slope in floors/ roof slab after cleaning existing roof top surface with water and applying brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg/Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on roof top surfaces in CM 1:3 with using with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying a tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @1.20 Kg/sqm over compatable primer at 0.40 ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings for inserting galvalume sheet/ APP Membrane into the brick wall where ever required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good to the existing surface, cutting not exc 10 cm girthcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing minimum weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforce with polyster non wooven fabric laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over and including cleaning plastered surfaces and applying two coats of solar reflector aluminium paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete external wall surface in CM (1:4) on fair faces and finishing the surface fair and even and using WPC 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat primer all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 20 mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and composite pressure pipes including all Crimp type internal sealing Planstic metal Composite fittings (such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, short pieces, connectors, etc.) and hooks (in case of concealed pipe work)/ clamps (in case of exposed pipe work) etc complete all as specified. having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required and including Cleaning repairing, etc reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position. capacity of tank exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity of tank exc 500 ltrs and not exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required and including Cleaning repairing, etc reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layer of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical verftical with closed top) including dismantling of existing tank including all fittings i.e tank nipple, of 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut etc hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layer of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical verftical with closed top) including dismantling of existing tank including all fittings i.e tank nipple, of 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut etchoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main or cross beams, rafters, purlins of specifed angular/tubular section, beams or channel sections with flange plates caps, bases, cleats and other connections Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws as in roof/sunshade etc all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of polyurethane paint over a coat of polyurethane primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials/debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n exc 5.00 KM complete all as specified and directed.
