REMOTE ON / OFF P.B. STATION: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet, remote ON/OFF push button station with common enclosure for 4 pumps (2 Main & 2 Jockey pump), with ON/OFF push buttons, ON / OFF indication lamps, IP 54, wall mounting type, powder coated with RAL 7032 shade complete with internal wiring with 1.5 sq.mm copper PVC FRLS wires etc. Note: 1) ON - OFF indication lamps shall be heavy duty LED type, 240V, 50 Hz 2) PB station shall be lockable type to prevent unauthorize operation of pumps. 3) Necessary interconnection wiring at existing Fire pump panels shall be inlcuded in the scope.

L.T Control Cables: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of following sizes of 1.1 KV multicore, multistrand copper conductor, PVC/ XLPE insulated, extruded PVC inner sheathed G.I wire/strip armoured , extruded FRLS grade antirodent & anti termite PVC (ST-2)outer sheathed control cable all as per IS 1554 Part I//IS 7098 Part-I & latest ammendments laid in ground or fixed on wall/column/slab/false ceiling / existing cable tray /existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles or in ground at a depth of 900 mm below ground level, sand bedding, laying of baked bricks on side & top-, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and making good to the original finish etc providing brass cable number tag as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes.E: NOTE: 1) Sealing of hume pipes with wooden bushes after cable laying shall be included in the scope of work. 2) Excavation of earth (all types of soil), soft & hard rock shall be measured under item no.5.0.

LT Cables End Joints: End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket, double compression brass cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing & re-fixing existing 60/80 mm thick paver block including safely stacking at site, supplying & laying 50mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub-base including consolidation, finishing to line/level & slope, finally filling joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc. complete as required and as directed by EIC.

Dismantaling of PCC work M10 & M15 Grade of concrete for footpath and other area work as per instructions of EIC.

Providing & laying HDPE double wall corrugated pipes & fittings of approved make for storm water drains, Sewer lines & electrical conduits of following size conforming to IS:16098 (Part-2) to proper level & grade, jointing including providing coupler with cement solvent/welded joints as per specifications, drawings and as directed by E.I.C. Note: 1. Item includes Providing & fixing HDPE fittings such as Bendes, Tees & Y-reducers, Blanking plugs, Couplers, Adaptors, etc.
