M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint (dark colour) over and including one coat primer of approved shade on walls ,cornice, fins , facia and column offsets including necessary scafolding and saftey precautions upto height 7 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall/ ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over and including a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Joist channel, MS pipe, angel,flat, or tee section as in post and strut in fencing including drilling holes knotching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh/chanelling fencing) including all necessary drilling riveting ,bolts etc. similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC/CGI sheet corrugated, or semi corrugated in roof covering including removing u/s materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, bent to shape as required and directed fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in cement concrete and making good disturbed ground and inclusive of removal of debris from out side defence land or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and inclusive of removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft / loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing barbed wire etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, embedding in cement concrete, MS flat at bottom etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flats (40x6mm) as bands, straps, supports or stays for securing chain link fencing to angle iron posts and welded to post in PCC during embedding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screws bolts 11 to 15mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at the other end, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long and dia diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type (mesh size 50mm and dia of wire 4mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link, fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 Type -B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing laid in alternate bays including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast kerb stone including chamfers weathering set in cement mortar 1:4 and joints to match with CM1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured heavy duty parking tiles of size 300x300x9-10 mm thick impact resistance over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigments in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any coloured / shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade fixed with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33 above here in before but except bricks.including cleaning of bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtained vide item no 32above shall be reused complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed wiith water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed Truss etc and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in precast cover slabs for manholes cover and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 8 to10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binder cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending span spirally for hooping for columns, hooks ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel/flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 300mm bore, jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches, if required and inclusive of removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed with 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 300 mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 150mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed with 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 150 mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete all as specified and directed.
