Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of "KIRLOSKAR" Make , GSL1500TAG2 Model 248 HP , 6 Cylinder ,Vertical, liquid cooled Diesel Oil Engine closed coupled with "KIRLOSKAR GREEN" Make,KG1-200WS Model, AC Alternator 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F., self excited self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 160 KW/200 KVA DG Set (Central pollution control board approved DG set) CPCB norms with acoustic enclosure with complete gauge, meter, battery, AVM Pads, Std control Panel with microprocessor controller with engine safeties and protection, residential silencer etc. as required.

Fabrication, installation testing and commissioning of automatic mains failure including auto by pass panel suitable for 200 KVA silent type DG set complete with relay, timer,set of CTs for metering and production and energy analser to indicate current phase and line voltage, frequency, power factor, KWH,KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all complete and interlocking including of all instruments.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia,length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with electrodite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connections with brass nut,bolt, spring, washers excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) and IS No: 1554 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable.(make :Havells / Polycab/ Finolex. etc as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
