Sch 'A' Sec-XII (Miscellaneous Items) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.
Rough excavation and bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including cost or royality if any, transportation, taxes etc. Note: . (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land at his own arrangment. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, roualties, taxes etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With referance to clause 3.6 of MES schdule Part-II on serial page No 18 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finalised embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation and 10% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk.

Supply, Installation, testing & comissioning of intregral LED 4ft luminaire of CRCA housing and PC diffuser (Diffuser-Non yellowing type). The luminaire should have a 18Watt LED with colour consistency SDCM< 5,CRI> 80 and colour temperature - 4000 to 6500K, Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 2000 nominal lumens at a system efficacy of at-least 120 lumen/watt, power consumption should not be more than 20W (+5%). the life of fixture (including Driver): 50000 burning Hrs.@ L70B50 Lumen maintenance @ design ambient temp 50 deg C. The electronic driver used shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD < 10% suitable for an operating voltage range of 150-270V AC current Ripple<5% internal surge protection should be minimum 2.5KV, electrical insulation class should be Class I &driver should be of class B serviceablility. The luminaire driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have in house NABL accredited lab conduct LM79, type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accredition certificate for luminaire manufacturer along along with technical bid. the LED Luminaire & It's driver both should be BIS registered contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accrediated lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer type test certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accrediate lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete all as specified and directed.

The luminaire driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Technical bid. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accrediated lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accrediate lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bldg security light fittings high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Building security Light with a minimum system lumen of 3000 lm and system wattage not exceeding 25W with a nominal system efficacy of 110 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only & shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, Cree & APT Electronics make or equivalent. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤10% @ full load. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2.

If the soil/water has high (more than permissible) contents of sulphate, chlorides or any other deleterious material, the same should be brought out and appropriate recommendation be offered. The required chemical analysis needs to be undertaken for the same. 3. All relevant IS code on the subject should be followed and mentioned at appropriate places. Signed copy to be submitted.
