1.1.2) Removing the excavated materials , debris up to a distance of 2 km …

2.8.1) Earth work in foundation, trenches or drains of required size dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

4.1.3) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 sand: 4 aggreagate) with 20mm and down size graded stone aggregates) above ground level non-suspended floors ,roof surface, top of masonry walls including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed, in any shape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

4.1.8) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:3coarse sand: 6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)at all depths below and above ground level in foundations,footings, non-suspended floors ,roof surface, top of masonry walls including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed, in any shape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

22.14.1) P/L Grading concrete over roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification, true to level for drainage & curing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.1.2) Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate ) works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in foundation rafts etc up to plinth level as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for compaction excluding the cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate ) works with :maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in roof slabs, canopies, chajjas, columns,bands,lintels, beams, lofts,projections,manhole covers,valve chambers, retaining walls, abutments etc above plinth level upto floor V height as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for compaction excluding the cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9.1) Centring and shuttering Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

5.9.3) Centring and shuttering Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

5.9.5) Centring and shuttering Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

5.9.6) Centring and shuttering Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

5.22.4) Transporting, Bending/binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement for RCC Work at all height and depths, taking the same from store issue points to site of work, straightening, bending to required shape and lenghts as per details, including supplying and binding contractors own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused /scrap/unserviceable steel to owners storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCMENT STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO STORES)

6.32.2) Laying of Fly Ash Brick masonry in foundation upto any depth, in super structure upto floor V level in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing for 15 days, all complete in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

9.48.1) Providing &fixing of M.S.grill/railings/ gate/windows/ventilators of required pattern in wooden/steel frame of windows, staircases, corridors etc. with M.S. flats, angles,chanels,"Z" angles, Sq.bars, M.S.Sheets etc. with screws/lugs for fixing in position etc. including cost of all materials,applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer etc. all complete as per drawings/sketches to be supplied by Engineer-in-Charge.(REQUIRED STEEL SECTIONS LIKE ANGLES/ M.S.PIPE/SQUARE BAR/FLATS ETC. SHALL BE ARRANGED BY CONTRACTOR & SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE)

13.2.2) P&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including curiing etc., all complete for all height.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE ).

13.1) P&L cement plaster skirtings (upto any height) with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse Nawarangpur sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor where required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.16.1) P&L 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 fine sand) on ceiling of roof using approved type of sand including curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

14.42.1) Providing and applying white wash of three coats with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete and cleaning properly the area of spilled lime etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of nails from wall, on new /old walls, cleaning/scrapping of distempered / synthetic enameled surface from wall.

13.41.1) Distempering New work ( Two coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

13.26) P&L plaster of parris putty of 2mm thickness on the old / new walls to give an even and smooth surface with all materials, tools & tackles etc. all complete.

13.47.1) P&A Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade New WORKS ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Litrs/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm )

13.62.1) Painting of two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades including a coat of primer on all types of surface like steel/ wood/ concrete/ plaster/bituminous surface etc.all complete including the cost of all materials,tools,tackles and labours.

21.1.2.2) Providing and fixing aluminium work Powder coated aluminium (minium thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.2.2.) P&F 12 mm particle board with decorative lamination on one sides and balancing lamination on other side.

21.3.2) P&F float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness

9.83) Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

15.2.1) Dismantling of cement concrete work including disposal of materials within 50 mtrs.lead as directed by E-I-C

15.3.00) Dismantling reinforced cement concrete work by manually / mechanical means including cutting, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs. lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (SUITABLE COMPRESSED AIR POINT NEAR WORK SITE FOR THE BREAKER SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE)

11.46.2) Providing and laying Johnson Endura Vitrified Floor tiles 600x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, in all colours & shade, in floor, wall ,skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. ( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).White cement required for the work shall be procured by the contractor.

11.36) Providing & laying glazed tiles of approved colours and approved size in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.,laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all complete.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.) White cement required for the work shall be procured by the contractor.

12.41.2) P&F unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes 110 mm diameter

9.117.1) P&F factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded section having overall diemension of 48 X 40 mm with wall thickness 2.00mm of approved quality and make (Sintex or equivalent) and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge .

9.118.1) P&F to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59 X 24mm and wall thickness 2mm of approved quality & make (Sintex or equivalent) etc. complete as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.3.1) Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position Hard Wood :

9.21.2) Providing 30mm thick flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frames of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, including stainless steel / M.S butt hingess with necessary screws etc complete.

17.15) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type (European type/wash down type) water closet pan of approved make i.e. Parryware/Hindware or equivalent for new work with all labour, tools & tackles etc complete as per the direction of M.I.C.

17.18.1) P&F of 10 Ltr. Capacity PVC low level cistern of approved make ( i.e. Perryware/Hindware or equivalent ) with maually control device ( handle lever) with all fixture and fittings complete including removal of damaged cistern wherever required for new work as per the direction of Manager- in charge.

17.4.00) Providing & fixing of urinals with flat back half stall type white glazed ceramic of 430x260x350mm size of approved make ( i.e. Perryware/Hindware or equivalent ) with fittings,standard size C.P. brass flush pipe spreaders with unions & clamps(all in CP brass) with waste fittings including waste pipe of required length, C.I. trap with outlet garting & other couplings in C.P. brass including painting of fitings and cutting & making good the walls & floors wherever required allcomplete as per direction of Engineeer- in-charge.

17.25.2) Providing & fixing white vitreous china Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with sigle 15mm C.P.brass Pillar tap with C.I. brackets painted white, 32mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern with waste pipe of required length, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required complete.

17.29) Providing & fixing following size 100mmx100mm sand cast iron gratings for gully , Nahni trap or chambers including all materials and labours.

17.31.00) Providing & fixing of size 600 x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick asbestos sheet ground fixed to wooden cleats with CP.brass screws and washers.

17.33.00) Providing and fixing 600 x 120 mm glass shelf edges rounded off supported on anodised aluminium angles frame with C.P brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers.

18.7.1) Providing & laying CPVC 15mm dia pipes internal complete with CPVC fittings & clamps including cutting & making good the walls etc. all complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge for external/internal works for the following diameter of pipes.
