Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of new of previously untreated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth applyig two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub Base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finishing the surface of concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifie and directed.

Taking out LT panel/Change over panel of any size by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting and fixing in other place safely as directed including re-fixing of LT panel board with new PCC foundation, angle supports, nuts, bolts and washers including transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 110KVA DG Set along with control panel and fuel tank from HQ ANC power house by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting the DG set to MES store yard/MES power house safely as directed including tools, transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tranportation cost of DG set to MES store yard/MES power house is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning with AMF panel Diesel Engine Driven silent, generating set 250 KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50Hz, brushless, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, AC, and conforming to condition as per IS:10001/10002 Engine and alternator rating 250 KVA / 200 KW as per IS ; 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for Automatic Starting on Main Failure Control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-II norms complete with foundation ( as per OEM design) with acoustic enclosure, 12/24 volts, starting system with suitable batteries, turbo charger etc. of capacity 250 KVA DG Set complete all as comprising the following. Make: CUMMINS / KOEL/Cater pillar/Greaves Cotton Ltd. (a) ALTERNATOR : Standard design alternator rated at 250 KVA net out put at site after considering all derating factors, 4 wire 415 volts , 50 cycles, 1500 RPM , self excited self regulated, screen protected drip proof IP-23 enclosure,brushless design with hub and sealed ball/roller bearing with winding on each pole faces,insulating class "H" band of voltage regulation +/- 1% tolerance,revolving field type. Make : Stamford/Alstom/ KOEL/ Cater Pillar. (b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, water/liquid cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator through flexible coupling or closed coupling,multi-cylinder, multi-stroke,direct injection, cold starting.

1500 RPM as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an over load capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation,salient features of accessories shall be as per manufacture's specification as under:- (i) Fly wheel housing (ii) Air cleaner dry type (iii)Fuel filter (iv)Fuel injection system including injection pump,solenoid switch noozle as per manufacture's specification (v) Lubricating oil filter,bypass filter,oil cooler (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator for water cooling (coolant) (ix) 12/24 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer,battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size,initial charging of batteries,battery charger/generator with regulator,starter motor,starter gear,start and stop push bottons, ignition key and switch. (x) Residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of 100mm to 125mm dia upto outside the acoustic enclosure,all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transfering vibrations to building/wall,flexible exhaust pipe complete.

(xix) Air intake system (xx) Hand priming pump (xxi) Common,base frame of sturdy design suitable for anti vibration mounting (xxii) Permanent concrete foundation for engine and alternator as per manufactures instruction including base concrete and excavation for generator foundation.

(viii) Control panel shall have viewing windows. (ix) Emergency spot button shall be easily accessible (x) Provision of electrical illumination inside canopy /enclosure. (xi) High temperature safety for enclosure. (xii) Locking arrangement for all doors and windows with duplicate keys. (xiii) Lifting points shall be provided on base frame. (xiv) Access to fill radiator from outside the canopy. (xv) Specially designed as per manufacturer's standard alternators are to be provided with central or side door to entry into canopy and exist from canopoy. (xvi) Adequate ventilation shall be provided to meet the air requirement to engine and alternator. (e) Anti vibration foundation pads: A set of suitable size and suitable capacity anti vibration pads as required for Generator and engine assembly shall be provided. ( Make : Dunlop or equivalent as approved by GE) (f) Barrel Pump : A barrel pump , rotary type hand pump including 15 mtr long branded hose pipe shall be provided for transferring diesel/oil from bulk storage /barrel to the day tank. (g) Tools : As per manufacturer's specifications.

(g) Documents: Standard documents as per manufacturer specification such as maintenace and operating manual , parts catalouge , display charts such as maintenance and oil change chart/ boards ( for generator and diesel engine ) and log book shall be submitted to Enginerr- In -charge Note : (i) Temperature in the canopy/ compartment shall be less than 5 degree C . It shall adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms. It shall be approved and guaranteed by engine manufacturer. Canopy and insulation shall be suitable for tropical climate. DG set shall comply noise limit 75 db at 1m distance. Contractor shall obtain a copy of approval certificate from any of the institutions approved by Government of India, CPCB-II from dealer and shall submit to Engineer- In - Charge. (ii) Factory inspection mandatorily to be carried out by rep of Accepting officer. (iii) 12 hours countinuous testing of DG sets at different loads shall be carried out in presence of IEM for pre commissioning. The Cost of diesel and testing equipment is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv)The capacity of generating set shall be net after all derating factors as per relevant IS design. (v) The quoted rate includes breaking of existing PCC foundation and new PCC foundation work to be done as per OEM recommenation.

M & L, Earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal Ground Level connected to GI strip 32X6 mm as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to main board/distribution board complete all as specified and directed. Note No.1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 (design mix) cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. page No.347 of SSR Part-II. Note No.2: Earthing lead beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately.

S&F cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type straight through joint 1100 Volts grade for joining LT cables for 3½ core x 35 to 150sqmm size cable complete all as specified and as as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per Item No. 21 herein before but for 3½ core x 185 to 240sq.mm

Disconnecting old servieable /under rated LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 35 to 120 sq mm and draw out from the pipe or in under grond from power house to different feeders near HQ ANC including re- laying the same cables in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting old servieable /under rated LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 150 to 300 sq mm and draw out from the pipe or in under grond from power house to different feeders near HQ ANC including re- laying the same cables in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in cable trenches, walls, structure LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC sheated bedded galvanised strip armoured electric cable heavy duty 1100 volts fire retardant low smoke grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 3½ core x 35sq.mm including takiung down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay GI Pipe 100 mm dia medium grade in trench for road crossings/obstructions for cable protection complete all as specified & directed. Make: Oswal/Jindal/TATA

Cutting the existing road surface/PCC/ foot path for laying of HT/LT cables including excavation of trenches, refurming filling, removal of soil in any type of soil, including making good for disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, use & waste of necessary form work including watering complete al as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Out door LT Panel / LT Pillar Box of size 1.8m x 1.6m x 0.6m including taking down old LT panel with following specifications. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP 65 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 50mmx12mm aluminium Flat, neutral 50x12mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type. Painting Detais : Pillar box shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

Taking out AC plant of 45 TR + 22.5 TR standby palnt capacity (3 x 22.5 TR) alongwith connected Compressors-03 Nos, AHUs-02 Nos, pumpssets - 03 Nos, Cooling tower-01 No, LT panel-02 Nos alongwith Cooling duct and all other acceessories by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables/pipe lines including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting safely to MES Store yard as directed including transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed.
