Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismentaling & disposal of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) water proofing membrane and disposal of meterial within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Raking out the joints of tiles and cleaning the surface before grouting properly. Grouting the joints of tiles using epoxy grout of mix 0.70kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) or equivalent including cleaning the surface all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Material should be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or asapproved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 1st quality pool tiles conforming to IS:15622:2006 (Group Bib) of minimum thickness 8mm for various tiles of make like HR Johnson or equilent or better make in all colours, shades design and prints as approved by Engineer in charge to be fixed over 3 to 4 mm bed of polymer adehsive as per IS :15477 (Ardex, ENdura Ferrous crete, pidilite make or better or equivalent make) to correct line, level and plan with 2mm joint between the tiles (method in application will be guided by manufacturer specification) and grouted with readymade polymer grout (Ball Endura make epoxy grout such as SP 100 or superior or equivalent complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1 Floor & inner wall of main swimming pool with rectangular size tiles 247x122 or as approved by the Enginner in charge (a) with light or white shade.

Providing and fixing Toilet cubical & Shower cubical (of following standard dimension which includes 600 mm door size width) made up of the wall with the help of approved SS channels and all required hardware, made up of stainless steel as per manufacturer’s specification All hardware like Door knob, gravity hinges,Thumb turn locksets with occupancy indicators ,coat hooks with door stoper , U channel, top rail with corner connector,Rubber noice deafening tape, screw & wall plugs should be approved instruction of Engineer-in-charge . The top fitting should consist of SS round top rail ( 316 or 304 grade) which will get fixed with pilaster, with SS panel tubler holder ,SS corner connecter will be use in corner of cubical in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the SS top rail. All screw will of 304 grade in SS with stain finish. All pilasters are supported by SS bottom cladding . Finish and colour of Toilet cubical should be approved under guidance of engineer-in-charge a)Toilet cubical L with standard dimension of 1995mm(H)x1000mm(W)x1500mm(Depth), thicknees of compact laminate 12 mm which includes 600mm door size width or as per drawing, with Top Rail and Toilet cubical I- shape(front partition)with standard dimension of 1995mm(H)x1000mm (W) which includes door size width or as per drawing with Top Rail all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
