Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, removal of rubbish and debris outside MOD land and removing existing tree roots complete all as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile machine pressed PU coated with grey cement and pigment of size 300x300x19/20mm laid over screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work in repairs such as grills,gate, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and appying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water pipes complete all as directed

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore any radius for rain water pipes complete all as directed

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old brick work complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/Stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surface and applying two coats of exterior antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Make:- APEX ULTIMA of ASIAN PAINT/ WEATHER COAT SMOOTH (BERGER PAINTS)/ WEATHER SHIELD MAX EXTERIOR ACRYLIC(DULUX)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls/ ceiling, washing with water and applying two coats of Premium emulsion paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of primer over two coats of putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (i)The putty surface should be finished even smooth and dent free before application of primer, stage passing shall be taken for each building at every stage. Make: ASIAN APCOLITE PREMIUM or equivalent in SHALIMAR/JENSON & NICHOLSON/ BERGER/ NEROLAC

M&L for light coloured vitrified tiles Double tiles charged of any design and pattern, 800x800x9 to 10mm thick, as in floor incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE.

All as per srl item No. 13 above but as in skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surafces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed
