Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

The EMD will be released only after the Issue of Work Order

Indent number should be mention in the work done certificate uploaded otherwise tender will be rejected.

Uploaded Work Done Certificate should be obtained from not below the rank of The Executive Engineer otherwise

Satisfactorily completed (Laying for white/red/black granite Stone Pavement Circle Development works at least 50Percent of the contract value works), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as value not less than Rs. 8.47 lakhs
