Supply and fixing for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made ou of minium 1.25mm thick aluminium allooy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of MS heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick Prelaminated particle, board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Harrison rails 20 mm dia mild steel chromium plated curtain rail fixing with brackets stops complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old existing roof treatment of any description incl scrube and remove loose concrete, brick tiles, mud fuska, plaster, bitumen, oil grases and any other materials that might effect adhesion by wire brushing the surface and cleaning of the surface throughly with water and disposed off old materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ base on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on RCC roof slab, finish even and smooth for receive water proofing APP membrane using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of the plastered roof surfaces and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.0 kg / sqm of black finished reinforced with non-woven ployster 160 gsm matt with a thermofusible finish laid over primer conforming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.5 kg/sqm and thereafter apply compitable hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the end sealing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrers, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position and restore water supply to accommodation complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrers, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position and restore water supply to accommodation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 15 mm bore steel water tubing galvanised 15mm bore, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor including taking down of old GI lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for 20mm bore steel water tubing galvanised, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor including taking down of old GI lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for 25 mm bore steel water tubing galvanised, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor including taking down of old GI lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plsatered or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thickness of laths steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp, staple and including gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle for rolling shutters and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, completed all as specified.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed on curved truss, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistant mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding upto G+2 storeyed external wall surface shall consist of following (I) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm , inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The thickness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE (II) MS(Mild Steel ) tube framing of section 25 mmx50 mm x1.50mm thick , (III) MS (Mild steel) tube grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each, the MS Tube grid not more than 1 m c/c shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall, (IV) Colour shall be approved by GE. (V) Joint shall be sealed with silicon weather proof sealing compound with help of masking Tapes. Note: Canopy, borders, projections etc will be measured in sqm for payment purpose.

M&L for cut outs/ metal sign board of dogs Size 1.2m X 1.5m PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material printed with vinayl OR print with 3 M retro reflective tapes on ACP Sheet fixed on the ACP Sheet with the help of high bond double side taps Of 3M Grey VHB taps 2 mm thick including taking down of old sign board complete all as specified and directed. Note: coloure and Type of dogs choice shall be approved by GE.

M&L for 3d Stainless steel LED lighted letters OR print with 3 M retro reflective tapes on ACP Sheet above 12 inch including taking down of old ss letters complete all as specified and directed Note: Size shall be approved by GE.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Structural steel, rolled section such as joist, beam, channel, angle, tee, in available lengths Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
