SCHEDULE `A' PART - XV Fittings & fixtures is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven generating set to give an output of 50 KVA capacity, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 cylinder and 4 stroke, 4 wire directly coupled to diesel engine, water cooled turbo charger after cooled type, mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank of adequate capacity, viberation damper, other accessories with acoustic enclosure and altrnator connection with inbuilt AMF panel complete including PCC foundations as per OEM recommendation etc complete all as specified by the manufacture and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (Make - Sudhir (Cummins) ,Kirloskar ,Mahindra or equivalent (A) Diesel Driven Engine- Developing a net directed output 80 BHP or nearest higher suitable marked with alternator to give a net directed ouptut of 50 KVA. The engine shall be capable of delivering the required output at 1500 RPM at NTP, overload capacity for one hour in every 12 hours including comprising of following :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Radiator assembly complete with fan water pump and thermostate. (iii) Fuel injection as manufacturer specifications. (iv) Electrical coil as per manufacturer instructions/design.

(v) Oil filter with mounting arrangements. (vi) Lubricating oil pump and cooler. (vii) Self starter 12 Volts. (viii) Exhaust silencer with including cladding with protection residential type exhaust noise level complying with CPCB norms. (ix) Dip stick to check oil level. (x) Suitable controller with start, stop, auto/manual reset button as per manufacturer instructions. (xi) Engine protection safety device for low lubricating oil pressure, high coolant temprature. (xii) Dynmo/alternator with over charging protection. (xiii) Batteries 12 Volts, 90 AH (Min) of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's design with lead etc of 01 nos maintenance free battery.

(B) Alternator :- The engine shall be coupled through flexible coupling to an synchromus alternator mounted on a strong steel/MS fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. The alternator shall be 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self regulating and brushless type provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall be confir to BS : 2613 or BS : 5000 and generating 50 KVA output after derating with coupled to diesel engine at 0.8 to 1 power factor lag, 415, 4 Wire, AC supply under NTP conditions. The alternator will confirm the following features :- (i) IP 23 protection with H class insulation. (ii) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hour operation. (iii) Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) - Fast response electronic type.

(C) AMF PANEL :- Auto Maint Failure (AMF) control panel : microprocessor based design/ motorized operated 100 AMP auto changover switch and suitable contractor, made out of CRCA sheetor 3mm thick confirming to IS 8623 totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity as required to carry current at 110% load of 50KVA DG set with manufacturer specification with following accessories :- (i) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps adjustable type, 35 KA for DG. (ii) Combined digital type meter for AC/DC voltage/Amp/Frequency. (iii) Combined digital type meter for KW/power factor/KVA. (iv) Safety interlock : Mechanical and electrical interlocking for contractors. (v) Electronic KWH meter (Counter display) (vi) Inbuilt Battery Charger. (vii) Supply failure timer and restroration timer. (viii) 3 impulse automatic engine start/stop logic and engine fails to start lockout mains/senator voltage and freqency sensing.

(ix) Automatic manual switch. (x) Hooter (xi) Earth fault relay. (xii) SMPS based unit with inbuilt auto/manual and float/boost facility. Notes :- (i) The panel will be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of copper cable. (ii) The panel shall be duly tested and comply with CPRI test standard. (iii) AMF panel shall be placed on PCC/RCC platform as per CPCB of suitable size, height of platform from ground level 300mm and depth below GL as per OEM recommendations. Cost of PCC/RCC plateform is included in this items. (iv) Necessary grouting mild steel nuts, bolts, washers etc and anti vibration pad shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for burnt brick sub class ‘B’ laid in trenches abutting each other with a gap not exceeding 10 mm , vertically over the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of (horizontally) existing road(max 10 m wide) suitable for GI tubing of 80 mm to 100 mm dia complete all as specified directed using trenchless technology.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK)outdoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) fixing on ground suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 600 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish. Front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work and fix rubber mating of suitable size. The scope of work includes provision of the following :- Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole 630 Amps, 50 KA, 415V -01 Nos, (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 1000 Amp, 4 pole, (c) digital panel meter (Amp,Voltage meter) including CTs -01 No. (d) Digital Indication Lamp Set-1

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 215 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2 mm CRCA MS sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish ,thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland incld painting with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work. The scope of work includes provision of the following :-

S&F Junction box made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet openable door duly painted, with suitable fixing arrangement consisting of 2 pole connector and 1 No MCB SPN of 6 Amp complete all as directed

S&F LED security light 60 watt 5700K,110 lumen per watt, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, long life IP66 roadway luminaire and electronic driver including GI braket 0f 1.5 mtr long of suitable dia complete with nut bolt and washer, all as directed by Engineer-in Charge

S&F LED aviation obstraction light 30 watt heavy duty input voltage 150 to 300 volt single phase , made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, long life IP 65 luminaire and electronic driver red glass cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge .

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm to 400 sqmm.
