Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil or silt (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work and curing complete. including cost of form work in Foundation and floors. Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) "WMM" - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 Grade Bitumen emulsion on .................... Primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per Analysis).

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrater and tendom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No 505 complete in all respects. (As per Analysis)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(As per Analysis).

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using creshed aggergates of specified graing, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.
