Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of EIC. Flats

Maintenance of hedges (Out side garden features) including hoeing watering, manuring (cost of manure will be paid separately) clipping and removal and disposal of clippings etc as per the direction of EIC.

Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of EIC .

Upkeeping and maintenance of paved / metaled area as per the direction of EIC (only paved /metaled areas shall be measured for payment).

Maintenance of herbal garden including watering weeding, manuring (manure will be paid separately), clipping of herbal plants complete as per direction of EIC.

Maintenance of earthen potted plants displayed at ground floor only in bungalow, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of EIC. (For Earthen pot 750 nos).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm.

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) i/c removal of cut materials and disposal of unserviceable maerial to the dumping ground etc,Complete as per direction of EIC. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. Above 360 cm girth

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earthy 50mm to 60mm thickness of ex isting ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of EIC.

Disposal of tree/plant waste material by mechanical transport having capacity of 5.5 cum including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of EIC.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of EIC (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed.(The cost of sludge, manure and good earth shall be paid for separately).

Supplying & plantation of "Shrubs" size 2 feet height in polybags i/c excavation of pit size 1'x1'x1' and filling the pit with required garden soil mix i/c watering and all materials, T&P as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying & planting of hedge plants various suitable varieties 30 cm ht with multiple branches full foliage in poly bag etc. i/c Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water, T&P, complete as per the site requirment of direction of EIC.

Complete maintenance of trees, jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of EIC. Trees for 250 no/(up to 4 & up to 3 year)

Trees for 300 no/ (4-8 & 5-6 year)

Providing unskilled workers for temporary nature of works unsuceptable to measure as and when required including necessary hand tools ie. Swatcha Abhiyen at various location including labour supply etc. as directed by E.I.C.

Credit for taking away all pruned branches(wood logs) including loading unloading carriage etc complete as per the direction of EIC.
