Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor from the centrifugal/monoblock pumpset (electrically and mechanically) connected to DG set Cooling tower/coil cooler from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for 15/20/30HP capacities of centrifugal/monoblock pumpsets/44BHP Diesel driven Pump set of any make. NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above. (ii) Spares like bronze impeller, bearing, bush, bronze casing ring, gland plate shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ as SUPPLY ONLY. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of Diesel Driven fire pump set (Qty-1)and electrical driven pumpsets (Qty-02) of capacity upto 125 HP by scarping out old painted surfaces and painting with spray painting of gray colour synthetic enamel paint over two coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volts, 24 plate, 180 AH and outer case having the low/high electrolyte indication complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Overhauling of fire fighting pump set of capacity 150 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting from pipe line and dismantling pump set, replacing gland packing, gun metal bush, bearing and water seal and applying grease etc, reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and connecting with existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket including dismantling the motor, cleaning the rotor, starter, varnishing, backing etc and reassembling the motor and painting motor and pump sets including suction and discharge pipe line with one coat of paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. including testing the pump set for full satisfaction of Engg- in -charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up old unserviceable water storage tank and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layer, ISI marked, (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) with GI medium grade pipe for inlet, outlet, over flow, checknuts for inlet and outlet, hoisted and fixed in position including 25 mm PTMT Ball valve all as specified of following sizes of :-
