Reaming of Drainage Shafts in Inspection Gallery in Mettur Dam in Salem District.

Reaming the existing vertical/Horizontal/ Inclined drainage shaft from top of the dam to top of the gallery and foundation shaft from bottom of the gallery to the entire depth of the foundation. Which includes reaming the shaft of size 200mm to 300 mm dia to the entire depth by rotary drilling using flexible shaft without damaging the structure, the rate inclusive of all machineries, equipments, supporting vehicle, incidental charges,crew charges, consumables, bailing out water and other materials required for the work, cleaning the drainage shaft and all the calcareous materials forming on the walls, floors and the gallery drain are to be removed through scraping, chipping or using high pressure air water jetting and also labour for cleaning the shaft after reaming by jet cleaning using compressed air, cleaned completely for its clear opening after reaming in the drainage gallery etc, transport charges for machinery and shifting them to different locations at work site etc., complete at site as per standard specification and also as directed by the departmental officers

Using hydraulic Operated diamond core drilling machine to bore holes NX size upto 300mm with double tube core barrel, vertical/Horizontal/ Inclined with out damaging structure as directed in soft disintegrated rock, weathered rock, boulders, hard rock, masonry or concrete including machinery, equipments, incidental charges, crew supporting vehicle, charges, consumables, bailing out water and other materials, transportation charges to site of work, cost of all machinery shifting from bore hole to bore hole platform making erection of all materials, labour, water charge, logging wood core boxes including cement grouting or redrilling in case of collapse of sides with all leads and lifts, etc. complete( including cost of cement) and as directed by thedepartmental officers
