The prospective bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work that is maintenance or repair of hydraulically operated penstock gates or vertical lift gates pertaining to dams of value not less than Rs. 14.41 lakhs including GST in any reputed Industry/PSU /Government organization in the preceding five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26)). In proof of this, bidder should submit work done certificate and corresponding work order issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking rom officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer).Weightage of 10 % per year applicable to previous work orders to bring them to current year price level.
GST registration
The bidder in his name, should have in the last five financial years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) achieved at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 28.81 Lakhs. In proof of this turnover certificate duly certified by a chartered accountant shall be furnished. (A Weightage of 10 % per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring them to current year price level ).
