Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in cover slab for manhole or similar works set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition or brick work built in cement mortar including pillars, arches, quoins etc but excluding ashlars facing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair face of brick work in CM 1:4 and surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface of wall including cornices and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of dirty water by high capacity submersible pump from septic tank and soak well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning / removal of dirty sludge and particles from septic tank of any depth by mechanically with high pressure rottary jet of 120 bar pressure with vaccume operated pump and leaving the tank 99.99% dry residual shall be dispossed of out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints of cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e branch sewer line ,main sewer line etc ,manhole of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning /desludging by manually or mechanically as well as roding( full through )of sewer lines and between the blocked manhols where required as ordered by Engr-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional,cleaning traps ,water closets ,soil waste pipes/vent pipes,gully traps etc complete upto final drop into septic tank and soakage well complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.The cost of transportation,other material/equipment rquired for cleaning is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates . 2.All complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within 04 hrs from the time of reciept of complaint. If contractor fails to attend and rectify the complaint within 04 hrs from the time of reciept of complaint, the compensation / penality of Rs. 50 per complaint per 04 hrs and after that Rs. 100 per complaint per hr total not exceeding Rs. 500 /- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due(s) payment. 3. The complain slip shall be signed by users as well as JE / Engr-in-Charge and same shall be produced during claiming of RAR payments.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm. of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 500 m but n exceeding 1000 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm dia of pipe set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe 150mm Dia including packing under and haunching against the sides pipe after they laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipe of Grade "A" 150mm dia laid in trenches and jointed as in CM 1:2 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above the ground floor etc all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregrate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to stores complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length in trenches/floor and for walls fixed with mild steel clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm PVC SWR pipes single socketedin any lenghth in trenches/floor and for walls fixed with mild steel clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description allc as specefied.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates, fencing post,grills etc support on wall of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-, E- 250) A quality-with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
