Material and labour for Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250mm x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick backing coat in CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment match the colour of tiles with and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc. laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in flooring, laid over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar, window cill over 10mm thick plater in CM (1:3) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for exterior grade fiber reinforced heavy duty cement concrete designer tiles 23+2mm thick layer colour pigment as per 15 1237-1980 (Reaffirmed in 2006) design as CHITRA type (samples approved by Engr-in-Charge) over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappa stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick including rubbing and polishing fixed in cup board/shelfs etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring holes through stone/tile lining for pipes, etc. n exc 50 mm dia and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris out side MD land, completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 20mm graded stone agg finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, hard standings and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design/pattern(DG 104), with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainless steel screw not less than 75mm and @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section ( 28mm x 19mm x 2mm thick) around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Silicon gun paste around windows of any at any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick plain, framed, factory made panelled shutter(two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial veneering particle board on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003(Part-1), kiln in seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class HW, glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge (without sash bar) edges of forming plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass / gauge etc. size of shutter as per SSR part-1 section 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet used 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90o) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading paneling of wood grain printed PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at the site as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Pt-I all as directed.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet fixing in opening as per specification and drawing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly or untreated plastered surface, applying 2mm thick plaster of paris putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping , removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. complete all as directed. (Hard concrete should not be removed by force)

Material and labour for Carrying out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or Shali Rust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzles directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Material and labour for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency , Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Make / brand of Epoxy grout - Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shali grout EI of STP Ltd.

Material and labour for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials: Mixing of material components (part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles, complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps- After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with incl WPC (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers.Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. Applying second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers. After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
