11/.415 KV Distribution Transformers & Allied Works
Supply, Installation, Testing and commisioning of 1600kVA 11kV/415V Step Down Distribution transformer, copper wound, level 2, ONAN, Suitable for Indoor Installation having provision for termination of Busbar Trunking on LV Side and HV Cables on HV side. Transformer shall be fitted with On Load Tap changer with +/-2.5% steps with voltage range from +5% to -15%. OLTC shall be conneted to RTCC / AVR PAnel to be supplied by manufacturer along with transformer. Transformer shall be supplied with all standard accessories, Bucholz relay, First fill of Oil etc. Manufacturer shall be JPDCL/ PGCIL approved vendor with valid BIS licence to manufacture 1600kVA transformer. LV Side Bus Trunking System:
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in Busbar Trunking system, C- ribbed hosing casing made out of 1.5mm thick sheet metal hot dip galvanised steel and painted consisting of aluminium busbar of 2500 Amp (3L + N + PE) with multilayer PET classF insulation, 88 kA for 1 sec, sandwich type bus bar trunking. The Busduct shall be 4Pole , with 100% Neutral and enclosure as integral earth in GI as standard with IP 55 and type multi layer polyster film in class F insulation. Operating voltage upto 1000V, impulse withstand voltage 12kV. Entire Aluminium conductor with Tin plating throughout the length, with each standard length of straight feeder shall not exceed 3 mtrs. 5.02 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Cubical type, Main LT Panel extensible type manufactured by CPRI type tested , having valid type test certificate (S.C. test 50KA) suitable for 415 V, 3Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system of suitable size fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers & doors of 1.6mm thick sheet, 3mm thick for gland plates duly powder coated in approved shade, having 3000 Amp capacity extensible type TPN Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 3mm thick.
