11/.415 KV Distribution Transformers & Allied Works

Supply, Installation, Testing and commisioning of 1600kVA 11kV/415V Step Down Distribution transformer, copper wound, level 2, ONAN, Suitable for Indoor Installation having provision for termination of Busbar Trunking on LV Side and HV Cables on HV side. Transformer shall be fitted with On Load Tap changer with +/-2.5% steps with voltage range from +5% to -15%. OLTC shall be conneted to RTCC / AVR PAnel to be supplied by manufacturer along with transformer. Transformer shall be supplied with all standard accessories, Bucholz relay, First fill of Oil etc. Manufacturer shall be JPDCL/ PGCIL approved vendor with valid BIS licence to manufacture 1600kVA transformer. LV Side Bus Trunking System:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in Busbar Trunking system, C- ribbed hosing casing made out of 1.5mm thick sheet metal hot dip galvanised steel and painted consisting of aluminium busbar of 2500 Amp (3L + N + PE) with multilayer PET classF insulation, 88 kA for 1 sec, sandwich type bus bar trunking. The Busduct shall be 4Pole , with 100% Neutral and enclosure as integral earth in GI as standard with IP 55 and type multi layer polyster film in class F insulation. Operating voltage upto 1000V, impulse withstand voltage 12kV. Entire Aluminium conductor with Tin plating throughout the length, with each standard length of straight feeder shall not exceed 3 mtrs.
