Returning filing in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and Consolidating formation surface in cutting by using Power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013

M&L for laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant. material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushioning layer with river sand including spreading and levelling complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm etc complete all as specified & directed Note : (i) Portion of overlaping of sheet may not considered for payment purpose, however overlaping shall be provided as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 200mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) work in Pavement/Dispersal/Taxi Lirik Cum of minimum field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tinning by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table- 9 of IRC:15-2017. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming dummy joint by cutting using diamond cutter 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 200 mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed using diamond cutter filed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 200 mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including formwork etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hoop for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .

M&L stone walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush pointing to random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) using etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- For payment purpose only Inner girth shall be measured.

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping,roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
