Surface dressing in Soft/loose soil n. exc 15 cm deep, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep, not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Half brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even and fare without using extra cement with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement content complete all as specified . Note :- IWPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-01 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc with IWPC @ 3 % by weight of cement content complete all as specified. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound duly ISI marked, complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including road cuttings etc complete all as specified

Dismantling of stone slabs / paver blocks / bricks tiles etc. in floors, aprons, hard standing/ footpath etc. complete all as specified

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking at ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia FE-500/550 confirming to IS-1786-1985 all as specified.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm sand cushning, compaction of paver blocks using surface vibrator all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 herein before but except tiles/ paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc. complete all as directed

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains/ saucer drains etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- excavation/ demolition shall be paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for cement concrete bed type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 450mm including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; complete all as specified

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerb stones , quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified

M&L 110 MM dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer as in kerb stones and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide (zinc chrome) primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in,including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & direcetd.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L 300 mm dia bore Boring holes in soil upto 50 mtr depth for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m commplete all as specified.

S&F PVC pipe 150 mm dia class 'A' incl all necessary fittings complete all as specified

M&L gravel packing incl jute as filter media 4mm to 6 mm size around PVC pipe complete all as specified

M&L for filling of gravel in RWH pit of size 6mm to 10 mm complete all as specified

M&L for filling of gravel in RWH pit of size 2mm to 4mm complete all as specified

Exacavating over areas, n exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Use and waste of formwork to to fair finished curved surfaces faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching ,grider, bressumber, lintels,cantilever ,sleves including supports ,over hang etc also splay between floor and beams to rough finish surface of concrete flat.

M&L for cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantileveres, bressummers, lintels over 1.50 mtr span and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and direceted.

All as per item No 42 herein before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m & n. exc. 500 mtr and deposting where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
