Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Note : Rate quated up to G+3 Bldg including scoffolding.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces (internal) of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate quated up to G+3 Bldg including scoffolding.

Complete removal exising treatment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces (internal) of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate quated up to G+3 Bldg including scoffolding.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima Luxury emulsion ) of asian or equivalent by spray gun / spray machine as per approved make list in particular specification incl one coat of primer/putty up to 4 story bldg complete all as spd and as directed. Note : Rate quated up to G+3 Bldg including scoffolding.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall (including grit plaster surfaces) by mechanised sander of Asian paint truecare wall sandar of equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vacuum bag or by manual scrapping tools where machanical removal is not possible complete all as spd and all as directed by Engineer in charge and two coats of weather proofing exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima Luxury emulsion ) of asian or equivalent by spray gun / spray machine as per approved make list in particular specification incl one coat of primer/putty up to 4 story bldg complete all as spd and as directed. M&L preparation of Old or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Cleaning and drying the brick surfaces , and make it dust free. Prewetting the surface with water before application of Dampblock 2k, and then applying a skim coat of polymerised putty and after drying 2 coats of smartcare dampblock 2K @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm. (Application of plaster shall be measured and paid in appropriate item).
