MODULAR RECEPTION COUNTER WITH PARTITION- Providing & Supplying Workstations with minimum 60mm thick Tile Based/ Panel Based partition system of 1200mm Height with a provision to carry wire through the frame at below/above the Top and at skirting Level.The size of the workstation for each individual user shall be as specified below.Tile Finish-Lower Module PreLaminate and Upper Module-Fabric.One Pinup (Magnetic/Soft) With Glass Separator Panel Considered for each user of Make:-Godrej/HNI-B.P, Ergo/ Herman Millar/Haworth. PARTITION SPECIFICATION- The System should have partitions of height 1200mm.The framework for the partition comprise of Tile/Panel based partition of minimum 60mm thick & height 1200mm with skirting height of 85/100mm. Raceway Made of CRCA sheet of 0.8-1mm thick including M10x 50mm leveler and have clear space of 50-55mm/Intermediate Raceway between two tiles/panels for wire management facilities. The basic framework is made up of MS/CRCA Steel with thickness of 1.2mm. Vertical & Horizontal rail is made up of 1.2mm thick of aluminium extrusions.The thickness of the powder coating for all the MS/aluminium/CRCA steel parts shall be minimum 45microns. Lower Module Tile Finish shall be PreLaminate and upper Module shall be Fabric.Laminated Tile- consists of 9mm thick prelam particle board.Fabric Tile: Consists of 3.5mm thick medium density fibre board with fabric upholstered of approved shade pasted. WORKTOP SPECIFICATION- Worktop shall be made of 25 mm thick prelaminated partical board of approved shade.All the edge of worksurface shall be provided with machine pressed 1.2-2mm thick Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) lipping glued with hotmelt glue.The worksurface are mounted on the worksurface brackets of 2-2.5 mm thick CRCA Steel.All the brackets are powder coated to minimum thickness of 45 microns. COUNTER TABLE (STRAIGHT) Seating 1 Person,Each Table Size-1200mm x 600mm with End Partition on Both Side & Visitor/Front Side Without Partition.

MODULAR TABLE- Providing & Supplying Free Standing Table with 25mm thick prelaminated partical board table top supported by Prelaminated Gable Ends & Modesty Panel.25mm thick Prelaminated partical board finish Gable ends shall be KD-Fitted to the Top and shall be with 2 Nos. of glide screws at bottom for levelling of the workstation.All edges shall be provided with hot pressed 1.2-2mm thick PVC edging using special hot melt glue at high temperature.One No. of 18mm thick Prelaminated Modesty panel shall be KD-Fitted to the Top with clearence of 100-150mm from Finished Floor Level is included in the workstation.The size of the workstation is specified below of Make:-Godrej/HNI-B.P, Ergo/ Herman Millar/Haworth. The pedestals shall have central locking mechanism with D-Shape Metal handles.The drawers and filing box shall be mounted on roller slides of Make:-Godrej/HNI-B.P, Ergo/ Herman Millar/Haworth.

P/S Keyboard pull out tray made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated, of minimum thickness 45micron, with metallic roller slides(Telscopic channels) on both sides and shall be fixed to the bottom of worktop surface with the help of screws of Make:-Godrej/HNI-B.P, Ergo/ Herman Millar/Haworth.

P/S CPU Trolley made of MS/CRCA Steel with 35mm dia casters to provide mobility.The width of CPU should be adjustable of Make:-Godrej/HNI-B.P, Ergo/ Herman Millar/Haworth.

CABINET STORAGE UNIT- Providing & Supplying Hinged Door Free standing cabinet units resting on floor having door, top, sides, back, & shelves in CRCA powder coated steel. The body and Shelves of the cabinets shall be made of 0.8-1mm CRCA steel.The top of the cabinets shall be made of 1.2mm thick CRCA steel and the skirting shall be made of 1-1.2mm CRCA steel.
