NOTE FOR BOQ :- Bidders may please be note that certain items of this BOQ are same, hence you are requested to quote the same rates for those items which are same description otherwise lowest quoted rate for those items will be considered for payment purpose and no further claim shall be entertained in this regard.

Provision of dedicated Cable for CEO Complex at AFA Hyderabad :- Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind of soil in layers not exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bricks sub class B locally available best quality laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100 mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting aid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole / crossing nallah etc of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, laying & testing insulated XLPE UG cable 1100 volts grade, armoured confirming to relevant IS specifcations with aluminum conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix On Load Change Over Switch 250 Amps, front operated, open execution type 4 pole, 50 Hz ,415 V and including suitable size MS sheet (2.0mm) mounting box painted with powder coated paint at the tapping point including connection of both incoming & outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed.
