To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be amanded and as are enamurated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractors quoted percentage (above or below) as given in BOQ.
