Dismantling of galvanized mild steel two strand barbed wire from all existing mild steel, RCC fencing post etc complete all as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in natural ground) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1: 4 :8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm grared stone aggregate), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165) all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 12 mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm not exc. 7.50 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 14 but except barbed wire including restraininig & resecuring of existing barbed wire including making good staples etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified.

M & L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and uides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of the old unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall including priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutters push & pull type not exc 14 Sqm area of clear opening each including cover & cleaning the sides of shutter, suspension shaft and guide channel and greasing of the moving parts of rolling shutter and strainghtening of rolling shaft and tightening /replacement of ball bearing,bolts, nuts and any other defective parts as required for smooth functioning of shutter & refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all directed.

S&F CPVC pipes 20 mm SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 on walls, ceiling are laying including fitting in floors all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Rotational Moulded Polythylene water storage tank triple layer outer 500ltrs(cylindrical vertical with closed Top) hoisted and fixed in position and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only broken stone / boulders aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 40mm to 80mm graded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete glazed with oil putty or fixed with beeds all as directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles colured 30cmx30 cmx25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment complete in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick sand filling in bedding layer for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose consolidated thickness will be considered for measurement.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath and finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade jointed with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork to divide area in panels complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50 mm thick Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain colour sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall and angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 49 above but exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm and n.exc 2sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all specified and directed.

S&F Butt hinges of size 100mm extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin,anodised and fixed, type C-21 all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium handle 150mm cast type anodised all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of length 200mm of extruded section all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mmx19mm MS square tube. EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided throughout the frame. Note:- The board shall be fixed on wall with suitable chromium plated screws including washers , the letter size shall be not less than the size mentioned above with approved colour.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete all as specified and as directed.
