Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove outside MD land.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mmfinishing coat) with water proofing compoundat the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair.(WPC shall be be measured and paid seperately).

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixed hot deep galvanized (HDG) mild steel fabrication as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

M&L for mild steel hot deep galvanized (HDG) framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165.

M&L for Providing and fixing SMC PANEL TANK confirming to Panel must be ISI Marked ,Green Product Certified, NSF Certified and have ISI Logo with CML and Batch Number along with ISI Code.(ISI 14399 Part-1 & Part-11-2006) of the under mentioned size (4mt x 4mt x 1.5mt) and capacity (24KL.) made out of HOT PRESS MOULDED SHEET MOULDING COMPOUND (SMC) Panels of size 1005mm X 1005 mm. The flange should be perpendicular to the main surface. The shape should be Trunk Type for extra strength and 90 degree flanges predrilled for bolting. All the Flanges of the Panel should have maximum 13 Nos. holes for fastening/joining the panels to one another. Hot Pressed Moulded SMC Pre Drilled Corner Pieces with built-in ribs of the size 75mm X 75 mm should be provided for 90 degree joints of tank walls or wall to base or wall to roof joints complete Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG) hardware nuts, bolts and washers. Special sealant having excellent UV Resistance as well as suitable for portable water, complete with Top Covered construction having Manhole with Cover of Dia 600mm and internal FRP Ladder. The tank after erection and assembled as per Manufacturer Specification's shall be filled with water upto overflow level, which will be placed near the roof of the tank and test for leakages rectified any leakage found during the testing should be rectified to make it 100% leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. of Engineer-in-Charge. (ISI Logo & CML number must be printed on all Panels) Make:- As approved by GE. (Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of water supply temporary arrangement for the wing / respective buildings to be made by contractor for the existing capacity of tank, pipes connection and fittings.)
