Mandatory Part Service contract for Maintenance of Complete Dry Bottom Ash Handling System of U#7(300MW) and U#8(250MW) / DPPS and Economizer hopper ash handling system of U#7 / DPPS (Supplied by M/s Magaldi Power(I) Pvt.Ltd) for a Period of 2 (two) years with a provision of extension for another one year

OPTIONAL JOBS MECHANICAL Complete (=4 Phases) Belt change in Single Lot or in phases for Post Cooler belt/Mac belt/Economizer belt-1 or 2 ( Belt will be supplied by DPL as per requirement & availability) (01 PH= 1/4th of Total Belt)

OPTIONAL JOBS MECHANICAL Belt segment change at a time For MAC and Post Cooler. ( Belt will be supplied by DPL )

OPTIONAL JOBS MECHANICAL Belt segment change of Economizer at a time (Belt will be supplied by DPL).

OPTIONAL JOBS MECHANICAL Scrapper Build Up (for Mac/Post cooler/Eco-1/Eco-2 spill chains of U#7&8 or O-chain of U#8 ) 1 PH= numbers of scrappers present in a spill chain of length of 50m.

OPTIONAL JOBS MECHANICAL Repairing of Refractory touch up ( Refractory will be supplied by DPL )
