Patch Repair of Siswa Vikas Khand SH and ODR Road in financial year 2026-27 Lot No 07 of 12

Water Bound Macadam Grading 3 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 4.11A, 404(iii) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess and royaltiy) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.02, 503i complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument (VG-10) (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

20mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet - Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant (HMP), laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.07, 510 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)ble)

Seal Coat- Providing and laying fo premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade, Type B. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.09, 511(ii) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)
