Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth (for taking up or laying of CI/GI pipes) and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up 150 mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings) with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4 above but 100 mm bore.

All as per item No 4 above but 80 mm bore

"Laying only" in trenches, serviceable 150 mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends and lead joints of any type and of any class including cleaning of old pipes with wire mesh , soda water/ carbon solution and transportation of pipes from one site to another work site as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 7 above but 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 7 above but 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 7, 8 & 9 : (a) Serviceable pipes shall be obtained from item No 4, 5 & 6 above respectively shall be reused. (b) Jointing, excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Supply and laying in replacement 150 mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugall cast, class LA as pr IS 3114 suitable for run lead joints in any length laid in trenches/fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : Jointing & excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

All as per Item No 10 above but for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast iron pipes in position for insertion of new fitting such as Tee, Collar, branches etc, as required for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Fittings shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out Sluice Valve Refacing,regrinding and refixing complete suitable for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir 21.5 Mtr staging capacity 50000 gallon complete with sludge from the bottom, rubbing the walls/both by using the steel brush with inlet /outlet /washout/ overflow 150mm pipe and removing the dust. Cleaning the walls by using clean water after the complete cleaning of the inside walls by using bleaching, and drainout the washed water through buckets painting of pipe lines (Inlet, outlet and over flow pipe 150mm dia) by synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing Date of Cleaning, capacity of RCC OH tank as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L cleaning of valve pit chamber of size 1.2m x 1.2 m x 0.6 m with sluice valve, pipes etc including replacement of existing wornout/defective gland packing, nut, bolt & washer, etc with new one to make the sluice valve perfectly leak proof of complete all as required and directed

All as per item No 39 above but of size 0.9m x 0.9m x 0.6m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt/dust from existing PVC/RCC tank of cap exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs without dismantling of tank including necessary cleaning of inlet-outlet pipe at opening portion, etc complete all as specified and directed.
