Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil within 50M initial lead and 1.5M initial lift including dressing and levelling and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not execeeding 0.30mtr in depth including cost of all labour and T&P for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of prop (1:4:8) using 4cm size H.G. metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using 9" size bricks including splays cutting, circular moulding, champering and corbelling, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 in following works using 12 mm. to 20 mm. (½” to ¾”) size (20 mm. not to exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering curing, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Cutting, bending and binding of M. S. rods for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance and cess of M. Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer to iron work of approved shade including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing weather coat two coats two coat over a coat of wall primer to outside wall surface of approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P required for the work etc., completein all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil with initial lead & lift including rough dressing breaking clods, including setting out, shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom to required level & line, backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required including compaction and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all Cost, Conveyance, royalties and of all materials, labour, T&P, cess and machinaries required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
