Construction of Permanent 33 KV Line

Erection of Double Pole on ST Pole 9 mtr for Cable Hanging as per Scheudule with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories. (Painting of poles,M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, Top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete). provided by contracter as per Resspo) . (all materials which are nessasary to do the work have to be provided.)

Erection of Double Pole on ST Pole 11 mtr for 33 KV as per Scheudule with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories. (Painting of poles, M.S. angle iron bracing clamps , top channel clamps, number plate,danger board with clamp, barbed wire , Pin insulator ,Disc & disc Fitting,Painting, packing piece etc. Provided by contracter as per Resspo) . (all materials which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Laying of 33 KV 3x120 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size(1.1M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝)on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable.Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand/HDD Method as per site required.

Providing MS cable hanger (made by 65x65x6 mm MS Angle)size with fastener clamp with installation charges including of all materials as per required size of RESSPO And PWD as per current market rate.

Laying of 33 KV 3x120 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) in Cable trench (Cable trench already constructed by PWD Jungle Koudiya to Mohaddipur chuauk four Lane) with proper Laying on cable hanger.

Laying of 33 KV 3x120 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) at Nakaha Railway xing (Between Nakaha & Maniram Railway station) by HDD Machine with proper Laying in HDPE Pipe.( This work will be doe after permission/approval of Railway department)

Providing and Laying of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long Complete work.

Providing and Cable Jointing charges of 33 KV XLPE 3x120 mm2 Cable Outdoor.

Providing and Cable Jointing charges of 33 KV XLPE 3x120 mm2 Cable straight through

Providing GI Pipe Earthing Complete for Cable jointing Kit with materials

Extra cost for drilling horizontal hole 2 Mtr below the road & inserting 6” dia. HDPE Pipe PN-6 as per RESSPO for passing of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x120 mm² for Railway crossing at Nakaha /Road /Pulliya Crossing at different places in the path of Laying of cable.

Erection of Plumbing work (for Proper water supply of public and Nagar Nigam area) in the path of 33 KV cable laying in different places in different sizes as per following details.( all Plumbing materials and Plumbing work charge Provided by Contractor.)

Medium Size Plumbing pipe.

Heavy Size Plumbing/water supply pipe/seavage pipe.

Road cutting & restoration charges

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp(provding item) for Dog as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Installation of 33 KV HT Feeder Pillar Box and jointing of cable work complete

Providing 33 KV Cable Route Marker & inserting in ground with proper grouting (Provided by Contractor & Cable Route Marker is made by stone Plate) .

Construction of Temporary Work

Temporary Laying/Hanging of 33 KV Cable 3x120 Sq.mm for alternate Supply as per required specification of UPPCL Norms..

Providing and Fitting of 33 KV Cable Hanging clamp on poles.

Providing and Cable Jointing charges of 33 KV XLPE 3x120 mm2 Cable Outdoor.

Erection of 9 mtr. Long ST Pole for laying/hanging of 33 KV Cable hanging work in temporary shifting with required fittings of HT line as per required specification and as per site required.& fitting of all accessories (Painting of poles,2 Nos 33 KV x-arm with clamps,barbed wire ,Painting, packing piece etc. Provided by contracter as per Resspo) . (all materials which will not be provided by the store and which are nessasary to do the work,have to be provided.)

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay.

Dismentling of existing temporary all HT/LT Lines with all materials with distribution transformer on running condition with complete fitting and Shifting,Loading Carriage & Unloading of old and used Line materials from Work site Store to store centre Gorakhpur at the end of final shifting.
