M&L for making hole in concrete or tiles surface and fixing the metallic packer for injecting hydrophobic PU form and sealer as manufacture's instuction (Avg one metallic packer per sqm) (Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent approved make.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CORESEAL 357A/ CORESEAL 357 CAT (forming agent for carring out non desrtuctive waterproofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floor and wall of bath, WC, WHB and floor trap (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as 1. HYDROPHOBIC PU GROUTING incl cleaning of surfaces with wire brush detecting the sources of leakages. (Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent approved make.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second course injection of CORESEAL 135A/CORESEAL 135B (sealing agent) (Make : Build core chemicals, MC bouchmie, Pidilite or equivalent approved make.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

Repairing & water proofing Exterior walls as under :- (i) Preparation of surface by washing down,brooming, cutting of small shrubs; branches and scrapping concrete or pastered surface and filling cracks using an exterior crack sealent like Asian paints Smart care crack seal or equivalent (ii) To protect areas around window frames from water seapage from exterior walls, fill the gaps between the window frames and walls using a special bonding sealent like Asian Paints Smart Care Akrylmax or equivalent. (iii) After repairing the exterior walls apply two cats of water proof exterior paint over primer of Dr Fixit Raincoat, Asian paints or equivalent complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) steel windows, ventilators n.exc 1.50 sq.m each and removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc.1.50sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each including removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, exc.1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings complete all as specifed and directed.
