Finishing the roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 23cm X 23cm X 2cm and top of pointing with CM 1:3 mix including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Paving the Floor with Antiskid tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid in CM 1;2,10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of steel door of size of 1.20 x 2.10 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply and fixing of steel ventilator of door of size of 0.90 x 0.60 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Distempering two coats using best quality and approved colour oil bound distemper over one coat of cemet paint including all cost of labour charge etc.,

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
