Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) out side MD land at contractor's own arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and spreading of dry (Ganga) sand, free from organic impurities for cushioning as in trenches 8cm depth below cable and 15cm above cable and punned to 10cm depth complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose) .

Labour for dismantling/taking out/cutting etc to XLPE insulated cable upto 33 KV graded in any specification from trench/tray/pole/GOD etc at site to replacing the defective piece/portion or jointing by straight through joint kit etc incl removing brick/cable cover safely for re-using as same existing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (a) Earth work shall be measured and paid against respecteive item. (b) Required T&P and safety equipments shall be arrange by contractor at his own arrangement).

Labour for fault detacting location by using vehicle mounting fault locator machine to move along route layout of XLPE insulated HT 11/33 KV under ground cable at varrious location at AOR by gradually step by step testing of tracing the correct fault location incl making all testing after re-laying of reparied cable as per existing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rate shall bedeemed included cost of payment of fees for providing fault locator machine from state electricity authority and its transportion including desel & driver charges complete).

Labour for re-laying, connecting, jointing, thimbling using in suitable size and cramping etc to serviceable XLPE insulate cable upto 33 KV grade (Earthed)in all specification incl brick and sand etc all as per existing complete with other site required works complete all as specified and directed (Dismantling under above item No 5).

Supply, laying in trench /fixed in replacement with surface of wall/roof etc jointing, thimbling and glanding in suitable size testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumunium conductor 11KV, grade cross sectional area 120Sqmm x 3 Core (Earthed) complete all as specified and directed. (Make- KEI/Finolex/Nicco/Havells/Paragon/Fort Gloster or equivalent in makes given in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I))

Supply,laying and testing of reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 2 with peak size of 450mm x 180mm x 40mm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Mehtab tiles, Indore or equivalent in makes given in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I))

Labour only for cutting/boring to plinth protection/hard standing/road etc in suitable depth and corssing of GI pipe of size 80mm bore so that XLPE under ground cable can be passed and giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface of plinth protection/hard standing complete all as per existing specification. GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective itmes.

Supply, fixing, connecting, jointing, thimbling to end of cable testing etc to cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out door end temination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessoreis suitable for 95 to 120Sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Denson/M-seal/Rayhchem or equivalent` makes given in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I))

M & L Painting to existing two/three steel pole structure of 11 mtr height including mild steel work like cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing etc after cleaning and prepration of surfaces painting externally above planting depth with one coat of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum primer including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole numbers in 15 cm dia with approved colour in circular and making 03 Numbers & 02 Numbers of bands & strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole to 1.5 mtr height of pole complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Cutting of bushes & tree branches upto 3m height of pole shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.)

Supply and fixing in replacement to PG clamp suitable for ACSR for making inter connection on 33 KV network complete all as specified and directed

Supply , straining and stringing in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ASCR) in any specification making interconnection of newtwork fixing on existing structure/pole including taking down existing conductor any type complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sagging length of ACSR conductor shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rates).

Labour only for caliberation/relay setting and servicing of all types of relays ( Short circuit earth fault, overload protection, IDMT etc) at 33 KV Yard and substation, comprising of 33 KV control panels-4 Nos, 11 KV VCB panels-6 Nos by authorised agency/OEM through computersied software. The relay shall be duly caliberated in conformity with relay setting of RMU's installed at various HT networks and vice versa. The agency will provide the relay setting parameters in writing for future use.

M&L checking (all connection and mechanism) cleaning overhauling servicing of 3 phase 11 KV ring main unit (RMU) extensive type 630 Amps rating including replacement to minor spare such as spring copper finger/contact set male and female locking arrangment , operating handle, plencer assembly rocking gear, auxillary switch, relay time re-setting, right mechanism etc to all for making serviceable by Engineer of Govt approved agency reassembling testing and commissioning etc as site complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rate shall be included cost of rquired other spares to made fully functional & serviceable of RMU).

Dismantling of insulator any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar CM (1:6) for plinth foundation & cable trenches required in E/M installation complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and filling broken/crushed stone boulder filling dry handpacked tightly laying in layers on ground surface in size 40 to 50mm after excavation, removing, dressing, leveling, compact work etc all as per site rquirement on existing ground surface of E/M installations complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted unit rate shall be deemed included cost required for earth work to prepare the surface for laying boulder in layers with compact work.

M&L cement plaster 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

(Note: Approved soil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ)

Supply, levelling, laying in layer, compacting, watering etc as per site requirement for filling purpose of apporved fine soil obtained from outside MOD land and to laid in the 33 KV switch yard duly well rammed, compacted and levelled complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Approved soil shall be measured at filling area after dedcution of 10% bulkage for obtaning standard proctor density to optimum moisture condition)

M&L Servicing of 33 KV switch yard outdoor equipment including isolators, CTs-4 Set, PTs-4 Set, lightenning arrestor and all the other outdoor equipment by opening their connection and cleaning contacts with sand papper, greasing the equipment whose required reconnecting all the connections and all the works required at site complete (Note: The rates quoted shall be deemed included cost of T&P and other items required at site )

De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by hiring on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 45 KV including following work services:- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vaccum (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (NOTE: (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/ top up shall be measured and paid seperately as " Supply only". (iii) conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filteration. (iv) Checking the megger/ earth resistance values with battery operated megger for 5000M Ohm.

Supply and filling new Transformer oil having die electric strength not less than 45 KV in sealed container complete including centrifuging of oil (if required ) up to getting dielectric strength not less than 45 KV complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Transformer oil will be supplied by the contractor in sealed container of approved make alongwith necessary manufacturer test cetificate and purchase vouchers). Make: Power oil or Savita or equivalent make given in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I)

Rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of transformer of any capacity, disconnection of cable termination of HV& LV ends , opening the top cover by using tripod, chain and pulley after removing all fitments, replacing the components of the transformer such as gaskets, "O" rings etc. Rectify the leaks in a variety of areas such as radiator fins, flanges, circuit breakers, valves, fastener assemblies, Oil leakage through pin hole / crack joint , drain valve / radiator valve , Oil leakages through gasket joints. Applying putty/M-Sea Monoplast and gas welding where ever as required necessary complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge & refixing the top cover and all fitments, refixing cable termination of the HV& LV ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Testing and Cost of all type of rubber gasket, "O" rings, putty/M-Seal Monoplast and gas welding where ever as required , lugs, nuts, bolts, double washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate).

Supply only brass terminal studs with nuts, oil seal and washer for LV side of transformer capacity range 160 KVA to 250 KVA including replacement of gasket etc to make transfromer leak proog complet all as specified and directed

Supply only brass terminal studs with nuts, oil seal and washer for LV side of transfomer capacity rage 300 KVA to 500 KVA including replacement of gasket etc to make transfromer leak proog complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting/ removing of HT/LT cable and earth connections of copper wound, 11KV/ 433 Volts capacity 160 KVA to 500 KVA outdoor/indoor type transformer at sub station , by draining out of the transformer oil in empty barrels provided by the department, transporting the unserviceable transformer to a approved agency workshop of Transformer overhauling from approved agency of OEM only (T&P and vehicle to be arranged by contractor under quoted unit rate) and, servicing of transformer comprising of following works services:- (a) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks for visual inspection. (b) Checking of HV/LV insulators including internal inspection. (c) Replacement of corroded nuts/ bolts with double washers, burned lugs, etc by new one. (d) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (e) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HV/LV side by using soft cotton cloth including checking for cracking and refixing the same. (f) Refixing all cable terminals HV/LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position. (g) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather. (h) Connecting HV/LV side with existing incomming and outgoing cables including re-connection of earth strip/ lead. (j) HV side cable connection shall be made with new HV tape & M seal monoplast as required at site. (k) All marshalling boxes to be cleaned from inside. (l) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (m) Examine the rollers carefully includes greasing them properly. (n) Checking of earthig connection and tightening nuts & bolts with ensuring the earthing system working properly complete all specified & directed. (NOTE:- (i) Records shall be maintained for each transformer of each capacity duly signed by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Any serious faults/ defect to be carried out under this item and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) Inventory of parts to be replaced during overhauling of transformer at workshop will be maintained & signed by Engr-in-Charge and OEM agencies certification of transformer overhauling & thier liability/gurantee/warntee will be prodcued by contractor before payment of this item in RAR.

Taking out of the following old defective part from existing transformer of capacity 160KVA to 500 KVA of any make ( for the transformer mentioned under item No. 55 here-in-before) and in lieu providing new part in the above transformer complete all as specified and directed by theEngineer-in-Charge:- (a) Replacement of HV/LV leg coil in copper winding with insulation varnishing and baking coil assembly and rewinding with super enamelled double paper covered copper wire/ strip for HV/LV (11/0.433 KV) winding having existing size and proper insulation and demoisturising before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ration testing no load testing, core insulation testing as directed by EIC.

Disconnecting and taking up to XLPE UG cable in all specification from treches /duct /pipe including bricks setting aside for reuse or made to schedule of cerdit as per site required complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid under respecitive items of BOQ)

Supply, jointing, commissioning and testing heat shrinkable cable end termination/straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volt grade (Earthed) cable for outdoor type complete with jointing material and required accessories suitable for under ground XLPE cable of size 4 Core x 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Dension/3M/Rahycam or equivalent make in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I))

Material & labour and errection in position of true vertical swaged tubular pole type 410 SP-55 [11 m long] complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and top cover complete including taking out old pole any type from ground and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed including following:- [a] Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide & 2 m deep for pole foundation & getting out soft loose soil, returning filling soil in the trenches after fixing of pole in foundation ramming earth around the layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m. [b] M&L providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.8 m for concrete casing the pole up to ground level. [c] M&L providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth band/ collar 300 mm high from ground level & 450 mm dia. [d] M&L painting of pole on external surface with one coat of black bituminous paint [up to planting depth] and above plinth band/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surface and painting with synthetic enamel paint blue colour, circular band three number of 30 cm wide in alternate layer up to height of 1.5 m above plinth band of pole. [e] Material & labour writing letter or figures/ pole number [Block, Roman, Italic as Indian] with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 30 cm. Note: Old dismentalled portion of LT poles in grounds shall be filled with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. Cost of PCC filling shall be deemed included in qouted unit rate

Supply only brass terminal studs with nuts, oil seal and wahser for HV side of transformer capacity ranging from 160 KVA to 400 KVA incl replacement of gasket etc to make transformer leak proof complete all as directed. (Note: Net contract sum shall be arrived after deduction of "schedule of credit" amount from total quoted amount of BOQ)
