Stage Contract for repair maintenance of Air Conditioners (1.5 TR to 3 TR split type) at various locations of GMC and allied Hospitals , Srinagar for the period of one year (from 16/08/2022 to 31/03/2023).

Safe dismantling of split type AC's 1.5 TR & 2 TR capacity including shifting of the AC to a safe location

Reinstallation of split type Ac of 1.5 TR & 2 TR capacity

Wet Servicing of split type hot and cold Air conditioners of various capacities and makes as per following detail installed at Associatyed Hospitals r by using skilled labourers and technicians. The job includes dismantling of indoor unit filters and cleaning it thereof and removing of dust and dirt from the outdoor unit by way of spraying suitable chemical agent then checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit and then testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles required at site shall be arranged by the firm.

Providing and fitting of copper tubing with Nitrile Rubber insulation of following diameters

Replacement of damaged compressor. Dismounting of Air conditioners of various capacities and makesas per following details inbstalled at Associated Hospitals of GMC, Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of old damaged compressor by way of disconnecting copper tubes and electric connections and then replacement of the same with new compressor. The job further includes brazing of the copper tubes back and checking of leakages and then filling the same with R-22/410/R-32 refrigrant and assembling back the parts, installing the outdoor unit back and then testing the performance of the AC units on load.

Providing and filling of refrigrant R-22/410/R-32 for hot and cold air conditioning units.

Providing and fitting of PCB control card for air conditioner out door unit as per following details. The job includes removing of the old damaged card and replacing the same with new one of same specifications and then testing of AC unit on load.
