Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches, using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for a depth upto 1.5 m including 150mm dia HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick

M & L for providing dry tibba sand in trenches as sand cushioning to U/G cable including punning down of sand in layer all as speciied. (Note -Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid).

S & L stone patti quarry faced Jodhpur type 4 to 5 cm thick and 25 to 30 cm wide putting on cable abutting to each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F metal unbreakable junction box (Dim- 0.3x0.3x0.3 RM)(with lock Each and key) duly painted Yellow colour out door type suitable for pole mounted including copper bus bar 2 pole x 10 amp complete with FI clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, MS angle 45X45X3 mm two length of 1.8 mtr each for fixing of junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying light grade galvanised steel tube 50mm bore for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made of MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm and 0.90 mtr long and welded 10 cm dia 6 mm thick plate on top and embosed the letters as "AB CABLE" duly embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm with 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for LT.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 20 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete.Note:-(i) GI strip 25 x 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate.(ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclousers for DBs, single pole & neutral 2 way without busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing single pole MCB 16 Amp 240 v 10 KA C curve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB protected plug socket power unit DP mounted on PVC rectangular block with and including MCB 16 Amp DP, Socket outlet and top plug of rating 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Fiber reinforced plastic enclosure suitable for 1 KVA UPS system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Dimension will be as per sample approved by Engr -in-Charge.

Laying only of cable 2 core upto a maximum size of 16 Sqmm in RM ground complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cable for above subject work will be provided by CCR Section of 5 FBSU, Necessary test certificate by OEM and testing of cable before and after laying will be the sole responsibility of CCR authorities. MES will not held responsible for any type of failure in system/ network or any damage/ non function of items/ accessories proposed to be connected Continuity and IR test will be carried out by joint team of CCR and MES rep before and after laying of each section of cable and the same will be endorse in writting.

Fixing only of 2 core cable upto a maximum size of 16 Sqmm by using clamps, nuts and bolts on wall/ pole complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cable for above subject work will be provided by CCR Section of 5 FBSU, Necessary test certificate by OEM and testing of cable before and after laying will be the sole responsibility of CCR authorities. MES will not held responsible for any type of failure in system/ network or any damage/ non function of items/ accessories proposed to be connected.Continuity and IR test will be carried out by joint team of CCR and MES rep before and after laying of each section of cable and the same will be endorse in writting.
