Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required s per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Second class teak wood as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
