Technical Bid

Required1.The Tenderer shall have valid class IV and above KPWD Licence

Required2.To qualify for award of this contract, Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five year 2020-21 to 2024-25 Achieved in at least TWO FINANCIAL years annual turnover not less than amount put to tender attach certificated from CA on Letter Head in all classes of civil engineering construction works only with UDIN No. otherwise bid will be directly Disqualified or Rejected

Required3.To qualify for award of this contract, Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least One Similar Nature of work of value not less than 50 percent of work on amount put to tender attach certificate by not below rank of Executive Officer with Indent No from e-Procurement Portal

Required4.Difference amount for less quoted rates is to be submitted in the form of DD/FDR in the name of EO TPS Chittapur issued from the nationalized Banks Only, Demand Draft / FDR issued from Co-operative Banks or other than Nationalised Banks will not be accepted. The DD/FDR uploaded if found FAKE / FORGED then action will be taken accordingly without intimation to you

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Financial bids of the technically qualified bidders only will be opened

Right of acceptance or rejection of any or all tenders with or without any reasons is reserved with the undersigned or any concerned higher officers of the Department

Conditional tender will not be Considered

Tender processing amount will not be refundable

Contractors should have to upload the scan copy of all necessary qualification documents, and submit the original documents certificates while tender opening evaluation for verification

The Photos and Video graphs should be taken before commencement, during execution and after completion of the work in presence of nodal officers

The liquidated damage for whole of the works are Rs. 0.10 percent per day the maximum amount of liquidated damages for the whole of works is 10 percent of final contract price

The agency shall furnish affidavit stating that existing commitments furnished by him are true. If found false action shall be taken as per law

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD 300 LET 2006 Bangalore Dated 01/01/2007 and Government Letter No.PW 134 BMS 2007 Dated 27/7/2007 a sum amounting to 1 percent of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Item Rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on construction materials and other taxes as per the prevailing Government Orders at the time of execution and including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, loading and unloading, with all leads and lifts, labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all incidental charges etc complete necessary for completion of work. All the Items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

The field laboratory shall preferably locate, adjacent to the site with the required amenity as per the clause

Self declaration of machineries are not accepted

The work should be completed within the stipulated period from the date of agreement and The date of agreement itself is the date of commencement of the work

Third party inspection is mandatory for all the works in this programme

The Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed form from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate / Certificates shall be produced whenever required

Executive Engineer has authority to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason

Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer is final

The bidder must submit 5 years Profit and loss account obtained from Chartered Accountant (CA) Only

The Furnished E.M.D. will be released only after successfully execution of the Tender Agreement by the successful Tenderer or bid validity days from the date of submission of Tender whichever is earlier

Before tendering for the works the tenderer may inspect the site personally

The successful tenderer shall maintain the work during the defect liability period of 12 months from the date of completion of the work

The Tenderer shall have valid KPWD license

Other details and instructions shall be seen and fallowed as per the bidding documents KW

The Road / Building constructed under this programme shall be of high standard

Bidders should upload only prescribed documents for this work. If Unnecessary documents uploaded by the bidder then tender will be directly rejected and further correspondence will not be entertained declaration should be uploaded on bidders letter head duly signed

The work should be completed as per detail notification attached

All Rates included with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments incidental Charges, etc., complete. and as per specification and directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work if work is awarded Graduate / Diploma Engineer Civil 1 Nos. & Literate Assistant Any Degree Passed 1 Nos

Incorrect Bid Capacity submitted by the Bidder will not be considered and the bid will be rejected

Arbitration Clause 24, As per Govt. 33.Payments 33.1 Payments shall be adjusted for deductions for advance payments other than recoveries in terms of contract and taxes, at source, as applicable under the law. The Employer shall as far as possible, pay the Contractor within 60 days of submission of bill. The contractor shall be liable to pay liquidated damages for shortfall in progress.
