Disconnecting of electric connection from ceiling rose and taking down ceiling fan any type and any sweep from roof/wall of various buildings and shifting the same to MES store yard/ workshop, dismantling the same to check and assess the defect and reassembling the same after carrying out necessary repairs/ renewal of copper wire winding/defective parts inmcluding testing in E/M store yard and renewal of PVC insulated flexible twin core twisted copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 and re-hanging/re-fixing and re-connecting the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) M & L for copper wire winding of fans, overhauling of fans and supply only of parts of fans shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. However, cost of PVC insulated flexible cable shall be deemed included in the unit rates of this item. (ii) Labour Rates for 'Supply only items' shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Rewinding of ceiling fan any size 1200mm size as per IS-13730 using super enameled copper wire of same guage complete and directed.

Overhauling of ceiling fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding, cleaning dust rust and assembling and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after refixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Canopy, bushes, bearing cap and down rod measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet in provision for fixing complete all as required and as specified.

Supply only ceiling fan canopy suitable for 15mm dia rod with fixing Nuts and Bolts as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for any sweep fan of any make

Supply only capacitor 2.5Mfd.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for 230/300/380/450mm sweep Exhaust Fan.

Supply and Fix and replacement of 15mm dia clamp assembly with Nut, Bolts & rubber bush suitable for down rods and split pins as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan down rod of length 300mm, inner diameter 15mm and thickness not less than 1.5mm with clamps Nuts, Bolts and washers for existing ceiling fan as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only ceiling fan blade (set of 3) suitable to any sweep and makes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fabrication of fan hook made out of 12mm dia MS rod suitable for fan hook bend to shape 'S' including 12mm dia SS fastner as required at site and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for preparing ceiling fan surfaces for painting by removing/cleaning dust and deposited material and applying one coats of white enamelled paint by spray to fan blades, body and down rod, canopy of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable ceiling fan and deposit to MES Store, supply and replacement with ceiling fan 230V, 50 Hz, AC, 1200mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete with hanging arrangement by down rod alongwith steel wire rope for additional safety in ceiling fan with all allied accessories and connecting up with three core, 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable complete all as specified.

Taking down deteriorted louvers and supplying and fix new louvers fixed type made out of 16SWG GI sheet with machine pressed cut for horizontal ventilation, bending into shape of size 45cmx45cm (outer) with 20x3mm flat iron base of size 45cmx45cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan with super enamelled copper wire of same size/gauge, no of turns as per existing, varnishing, oiling and greasing of any make of size 230/300/380mm sweep by dismantling its parts and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5/4 Mfd, body cover and cleaning of exhaust fan body and its blade by cleaning agent, assembling, and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after refixing at site. Note: Rate of petty items to be replace shall be included in quoted rate

S & F Exhaust fan blade suitable to any sweep exhaust fan and makes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing exhaust fan of any size surfaces for painting by removing/cleaning dust and deposited material and applying one coats of grey enamelled paint by spray to Exhaust fan body, blades and louvers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting hole in existing concrete or brick wall suitable for fixing 300mm sweep exhaust fan making good the hole including proper internal plaster work and surface finish in side and outside the hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable and S&F Exhaust fan, 4 blade, heavy duty, double ball bearing, 230V, 50Hz,300mm sweep having power input 70W speed 1440RPM, with protective bird guard including connection as required at site with flexible copper cable all as per specified and directed.

Inspection/ checking of serviceability for Ceiling/Exhaust fan to avoid any accident on site a job shall be done including taking down ceiling fan from its position, checking and replacement of minor unserviceable and minor defective spare parts responsible for any accident (i.e. 'S' hooks, split pin, cotter pins, rubber bush etc) and compulsury fixing of new safety wire (SWR) from fan motor to Ceiling hook incl hanging it to its same location after complete assurence of any defect and connecting with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring i.e. light, fan, socket or power/points complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors, etc.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade cable, FRLS, passing through PVC casing caping including accessories and provision of PVC box for mounting of modular Switchs & Sockets as required at site as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (green colour) FRLS earth wire and connected to earth dolly for the following:- NOTE : Circuit conductor from MCB DB to Switch boards should not be less than 2.5sqmm.
