Repairing/Matching of MS delivery pipeline by measuring and gas cutting of pipe to the required length, shape and welding to the damaged/ wornout old pipeline or flange welding of the cut pipe and installation of same at existing pipeline or at road crossings etc.

Dismantling of HT(3.3KV)/LT Pump & Motor set along with Bedplate, Sluice Valve, Non-return valve, Foot Valve, bend with suction pipe etc. from pontoon/platform.

Installation and commissioning of HT(3.3KV)/LT Pump Motor set (make-Becon Weir, Mather & Platt and KBL) along with bedplate on pontoon/ platform with fitting of Sluice Valve, NRV, Foot Valve, bend with suction pipe, jetting hose matching and priming etc. Work includes bedplate repair/welding, alignment of pump motor and supply & fixing of required size HT foundation bolt.

Matching of jetting hose from float pump to MS delivery pipe for Extension/deduction of MS delivery pipe line due to increasing/ decreasing of water level for smooth movement of float pump. Work includes priming of pump if required and dismantling & refitting of installed jetting hose.

Removal of Poonton from sump for repairing by draining all water from water logged drums by gas cutting if required after shifting the pontoon to designated position.

Shifting of Poonton in sump from one place to another for installation/dismantling/replacement of pump or motor.

Excavating tytenches of required width for pipes, cables etc including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil, and returning soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed withiun a lead of 50mtr pipes, cables etc exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300mm dia ( For road crossing of pipelines and recovering of pipes from road crossing)

Supply of MS flange 4" dia, 8 mm thickness and welding of flange on 4" pipe (3.14 X 100 mm X 2 coat)

Supply of MS flange 6" dia, 12 mm thickness and welding of flange on 6" pipe (3.14 X 160 mm X 2 coat) after gas cutting the pipe for required short/taper piece.

Supply of MS flange 8" dia, 12 mm thickness and welding of flange on 8" pipe (3.14 X 210 mm X 2 coat) after gas cutting the pipe for required short/taper piece.

Supply of MS flange 10" dia, 16 mm thickness (with 12 holes) and welding of flange on 10" pipe (3.14 X 260 mm X 2 coat) on suction bend/ suction short piece after gas cutting the pipe.

Welding of M.S. pipe to pipe for 8" dia pipes for direct jointing of pipes at sites without flanges

Repairing of 10" suction pipe/bend after gas cutting the damaged portion/cracked welding and welding a new pieces or the old one (one round).

Collection of Old conveyor belt and cutting Gaskets (Rubber insertion) of dia 6/8/10/12 inch

Dismantling of steel structure for replacement of damaged drums of old pontoon. (60 drum pontoon-5 nos x 1.8 Tonne)

Fabrication and errection of steel structure for repair of pontoon (60 drum pontoon - 5 nos x 1.8 Tonne)

Handling and fitting of new drums including cleaning, tightening of caps using red oxide paint and putting inside the toe of newly fabricated pontoon structure. (5 nos pontoon x 60 nos drum)

Cutting and Making of 4" dia short pieces, taper pieces,T- shape and cutting the flange to required shape.(excluding flange welding)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work. Painting of all drums and angle channel used for the pontoon. (60 drum pontoon-5 nos x 96.75 Sq. m)

Making of 60 drums pontoon which includes (i)structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, (ii) Supply, handling and fitting of plastic barrel with cap, HDPE, 200-220 ltr, (iii) providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets for covering sheds and (iv) Painting on the iron and steel frame with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand

Making of 84 drums pontoon which includes (i)structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, (ii) Supply, handling and fitting of plastic barrel with cap, HDPE, 200-220 ltr, (iii) providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets for covering sheds and (iv) Painting on the iron and steel frame with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand
